A typical French apartment

Pros: We apprecieted strategic location for markets, train station and shops. We liked the vintage French style of the apartment (it's true that some furnitures were not in perfect condition but it's normal in vintage furnitures and it didn't affect the overall beauty of the apartment), the typical French view and the toilet facilities, complete and clean.

Cons: There isn't climatization in the bedroom; The coach need a cover; The elevator is old and noisy, we were a bit scary and we preferred not use it; In the kitchen facilities are a bit old;

Would definitely stay again…

Pros: Central location, comfortable. Went to turn TV on to see if could watch news headlines for UK but discovered after a while of trying that there were no batteries in the remote. Possibly previous renter knicked for one of their gadgets. Not a problem though and would definitely stay there again. Was really too far away to collect and take key back from the property especially if you have heavy bags to lug around. Did request to leave keys in property but agent insisted on returning to their office even though it did have instructions to leave in guest information brochure.

Pros: Excellent and comfortable location and very central in downtown Nice, close to tramlines, railway and only a few blocks from Promenade des Anglais

Cons: Needs a bit of maintenance - the main window handle, some lightbulbs, etc. Also, I travelled on business, and the procedure for picking up the keys was long and complicated, at a different address and only available at certain times, so I lost some valuable time the first day. For holidaymakers, this might not be a problem.

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Appartment Clemenceau. It was exactly what we needed. A bit dated but it didn't bother us. The apartment was in a great location and I loved the classic French windows and the view of the building across the road.

Pros: L' appartamento è bello, ben arredato,silenzioso, piano alto, ottima la posizione vicino Av.J.Medecim. Peccato la mancanza della moka.

Cons: Il dover recarsi in rue de la Buffa per ritirare e riportare le chiavi. Il personale dell' agenzia molto disponibile, ci ha consegnato le chiavi prima dell' orario previsto e ha collaborato ad inviarmi un indumento dimenticato nell' alloggio.

Séjour en centre ville Niçois

Pros: Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Emplacement idéal. Accès piéton facile et avec ascenseur. Literie très confortable. Douche correcte. Le bruit des mouettes le matin.

Cons: Les vitrages sont fins et laissent passer le bruit et le froid (chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre), mais en plein centre de Nice, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un silence absolu. La cuisine est vraiment petite. Par chance, nous n'avons quasiment pas eu à l'utiliser, mais je déconseille à ceux qui veulent cuisiner tout le temps sur place.

Cons: l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas le 2ème jour, et on avait une seule clé, le problème de la poubelle: on doit l'enlever mais on a pas accès au local poubelle de l'immeuble on est obliger de la mettre dans la rue (mais c'est un détail)

Pros: Locație buna, aproape de mijloacele de transport. Mobilier in stil franțuzesc.

Pros: Piękny, klimatyczny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - bardzo blisko do głównych miejsc, a jednocześnie cichy. Piękny widok na kamienice i zieleń. W apartamencie znajdowały się wszystkie udogodnienia.

Cons: Bardzo wczesne wymeldowanie bez możliwości późniejszego wymeldowania, biorac pod uwagę, że klucze trzeba oddać w innym miejscu, które oddalone jest o ok 20 min piechotą od apartamentu
