Fully equipped apartment in the perfect central location with a very helpful host

Pros: We had a very good stay in this apartment. Everything listed in the description was available: coffee machine, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, sun umbrella, freezer, fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, plates, glasses and more. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Nice on Rue Massena and only a 4–5 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and always ready to help.

Cons: There are a few small downsides (one smaller room doesn’t have a real window, only a space for air circulation between rooms), but the apartment is exactly as described and offers great value for its location.

Sweet little apartment in a great, very central location

Pros: Fantastic location. So close to the square and old town. Owner Angelo was great, prompt, helpful and it was all very well organised.

Cons: Apartment was a bit dated but everything worked well and it was very clean.

Great location for shops, restaurants, beach and tram

Pros: Location to shops and restaurants was very easy. Tram stop was at end of street. We were provided complete assistance and the host went above for any requests.

Pros: Extremely accommodating host. Went of his way to ensure we were well taken care of and needs met. Comfortable bed. Very central location to all the sites in Nice.. Near restaurants, cafes, the sea front, the trains and trams to get around Nice and beyond. Host Generously gave us a late checkout for no charge. My wife and i were very grateful and enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Ottimo. Da ripetere.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto. Ho avuto subito la chiave. L'appartamento era in ottime condizioni da tutti i punti di vista, i servizi completi di tutto (compreso il bidet, che in Francia è raro). I messaggi del proprietario mi hanno permesso di trovare subito il parcheggio più vicino. La posizione è centralissima.

Cons: Faccio fatica a trovare un aspetto negativo.
