Pros: Very good location very close to beach and shops, beautiful apartment.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a very nice location close to restaurants and beach. I would recommend staying there for everyone looking to enjoy the city but not stay too close to the promenade.

Cons: Communication with the agency via Booking.com didn't work - they were not responsive. In order to arrange sth or solve a problem, you had to call. Also, it took 2 weeks to release the deposit.

Spacious appartment close to everything

Pros: Great location, close to the beach and in walking distance to both the train station and the old town. It’s spacious and well equiped. It was spotlessly clean at arrival.

Cons: The check-in was a bit of a hassle. We had to check in at their office in the old town 15-20 minutes from the appartment, but there was another office right by the appartment. It should be possible to arrange the check-in there. The last day there was a leakage from our appartment into the shop below. The people from MyFlat arrived soon and tried to help. But we could not use the main bathroom the last day. When we talked to the man in the shop downstairs, he informed us that this had happened from time to time. The plumbing is probably old and in need of a renovation.

A pleasant stay in Nice

Pros: The apartment is very well located in a neighborhood with many restaurants and shops, 2 minutes walking distance from Promenade des Anglais. Parking on the street is complicated, but there are privately paying parking 3-5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The communication with the host was excellent; they paid attention to your needs. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the rooms have a good size.

Cons: I would have loved more attention to the cleaning. When we arrived, the blankets were filthy, but I asked for new ones, which were immediately replaced.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Liked having 2 showers and washing machine.

Cons: It was inconvenient to go to some other office to pay the city tax, but they quickly corrected this for me and took it from my deposit. I appreciated that they were very helpful.

Cons: L’articolo dice due bagni, in realtà è un bagno con doccia e lavandino senza water, in una camera da letto c’è la doccia con un piccolo lavabo e poi c’è una piccola stanza con un water.
