Фантастическая квартира.

Pros: Квартира просто великолепная. Это на 100 процентов правильный выбор. Нет сомнений, что мы бы вернулись сюда снова много раз. Лучшее местоположение, рядом все что вам нужно. Пляж чудесный в 3 минутах ходьбы. Рестораны и магазины, пекарни и кафе все рядом. Сама каартира прекрасна, чисто, комфортно и просторно. Хозяин очень любезен и мы хотим сказать огромное спасибо за такой прекрасный отдых в Ницце.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα είναι πραγματικά άνετο και καθαρό . Το μπαλκόνι είναι καταπληκτικό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός ο οποίος είναι και επαγγελματίας οδηγός, οπότε δεν χάσαμε χρόνο σε ανεύρεση ταξί για την μεταφορά μας στο αεροδρόμιο.

Very comfortable and convenient

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and neatly kept. The location was very good about 5 mins walk to the scenic Promenade des Anglais. The host Elias was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. The terrace was a very nice added feature to this apartment

Cons: The elevator was very small. Only enough for one person and a medium size suitcase. This is not a negative reflection on the apartment.

Perfect Nice Getaway Location

Pros: The location was amazing and bed was cozy. So close to bars and restaurants, the promenade, and maybe a 5 minute walk and 15 minute walk to the regional train. Elias checked in with us before our arrival and meet us on the street. Loved the little patio for an early morning cafe or final nightcap.
