Good quality apartment within walking distance of all areas of Nice .

Pros: Comfortable well equipped apartment. High spec safe area .

Cons: As non city dwellers found the night time bin collections noisy.

Beautiful property conveniently located in the heart of Nice city centre.

Pros: Excellent location. Easy 15min walk from the trasin station. 2min walk to the iconic Promenade Des Anglais and the most central part of the beach. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars are at your feet. The flat itself is beautiful and professionally managed. It was impeccably clean, air conditioned and well equipped. We arrived in the late evening to Nice and could get the keys and access the flat very smoothly thanks to Delphine’s instructions. Thank you, Delphine for your kind and prompt assistance every time i had urgent questions. We had a very pleasant and comfortable base to discover Nice and understand why the Cote d’Azur is so sought after.

Cons: Black towels may be trendy but we’d feel more comfortable with more classic colors.

Nice is beautiful and the wonderful apartment made our stay even better.

Pros: The apartment was near to all the main areas with plenty of places to walk to to eat in the evening as well as close to the beach and transport network. It was lovely to sit in the sun in the morning with breakfast on the balcony. The hosts although not available personally were excellent and kept us informed of all the information we needed when arriving and leaving the apartment and were easy to contact by email.

Cons: A lock for the toilet would be useful as the door didn’t always stay closed. It was not a problem for us as a family but couples travelling together might find it awkward.

Pros: The appartment was as new. Very well equiped and very clean. Everything you need for a perfect stay.

Cons: The noise from the street late at night in the main bedroom

Pros: Прекрасное месторасположение. До публичного пляжа рукой подать. В округе 2 маркета, что очень удобно, есть немало кафешек для перекуса. До центральной улицы очень удобно добираться, пешком минут 10, нет необходимости в транспорте. Сама квартира хорошо обустроена, несмотря на то что само здание старое . В квартире есть все необходимое: кофемашина, посудомоечная машина и стиральная машина также в наличии, но имейте ввиду, порошок и таблетки к ним придётся покупать самим, кондиционер работал хорошо, к охлаждению комнат никаких претензий. Имеется балкон, хоть он и был запылен. Кровати удобные, комнаты не большие, но уютные.

Cons: Минусов здесь немало, а именно: Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Пыльник ковёр в гостиной, пыльные полы почти во всех комнатах, на которых кроме пыли, были также волосы оставшиеся от прошлых гостей. Сам ковёр старый как мир и требует замены. Пыль на балконе, а также под диваном. Пытались сами пропылесосить, но пылесос отказался работать, ибо был забит грязью и мусором. На заметку хозяевам, сменить службу уборки данной квартиры! Также минус по сантехнике: В душевой не работал потолочный душ, в туалете был сломан бачок от унитаза, точнее он бы не прикручен на место, что вызывало не удобство. Сам туалет слишком тесный, даже для подростка. Следующий минус по сервису : при заселении была небольшая задержка, так как хозяин долго не отвечал, на сообщения. Полотенец было не достаточно на семью из 4х человек. (Было одно для рук, одно для ног и 4 для тела ). При запросе дополнительного полотенца для рук в ответ мы получили игнор, данная проблема так и не решилась, мы сами отстирали имеющиеся полотенца в стиральной машине и пользовались тем что есть 7 дней. Исходя из выше сказанного, персонал ( хозяин, а именно Альберт, с которым мы общались), не такой отзывчивый и активный в помощи, как вы можете прочесть в других отзывах! Не стоит своих денег!
