Lovely and spacious apartment

Pros: The property was great. Bright and spacious, with a lot of French charm. Great location, short walk to the promenade and the old town. The kitchen was well equipped and the host easy to communicate with. Highly recommended

Pros: Bright, well furnished and comfortable, close to amenities and transport links. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Great to be met on arrival by Saidi too, it was reassuring.

A high end boutique stay with all the home comforts!

Pros: Situated in a great neighbourhood, yet an easy walk to everything. The apartment has lots of light, beautiful aesthetic taste and spacious rooms. Very comfy king size bed and double glazing means it’s very quiet. We like to cook so a well equipped kitchen was fab. A lift very useful for carrying heavy food shopping. Aircon, fast WiFi, smart TV and a washer dryer were also very handy. The host and manager were super friendly which made all the difference!

Cons: Can’t fault it!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful town. Very handy for the station and easy to get into town.

Pros: The lady that met us with the keys was extremely nice and helpful . She kept in touch and was very accommodating even though our flight was late. An excellent service.

Besser hätte es nicht sein können und wir haben unseren Aufenhalt sehr genossen

Pros: Eine wunderschöne großzügige Wohnung inmitten Nizzas. Liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr durchdacht und nutzerfreundlich. Die Lage war perfekt für jeden, der Nizza nicht nur mit den touristischen Hotspots erleben möchte. Es ist eine schöne Gegend fernab der überlaufenen Punkte, für Selbstversorger ist alles in Laufnähe zu erhalten. Die Nachbarn im Viertel sind sehr freundlich und offen, vor allen Dingen im Haus herrscht eine sehr freundliche und höfliche Stimmung.

Cons: Leider gibt es genau gegenüber der Wohnung eine große Baustelle der Stadt, die sehr früh und sehr lange in Betrieb war, aber durch die guten Fenster hielt sich der Lärm größtenteils im erträglichen Rahmen. Das ist natürlich kein Mangel der Wohnung und aus Erfahrung meines eigenen Wohnortes leider nicht zu vermeiden. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre vielleicht etwas mehr Besteck, aber das kann sich vielleicht auch einfach im Laufe der Saison reduziert haben ;-)

Mooi verblijf!

Pros: Vriendelijke mevrouw die ons de sleutels kwam overhandigen. Mooie locatie met parkeergelegenheid op straat. Appartement is zeer mooi ingericht en goed onderhouden. Het was heel proper.

Cons: Hou rekening mee dat er een klein antieke lift aanwezig is waar max. 2 personen in kan.

Pros: L’appartement était incroyable et très confortable, il est situé près du centre et tout était bien équipé. Je réserverais certainement cet endroit à nouveau
