Cozy

Pros: Close to Nice Ville train station, bus connections, Promenade des Anglais and all sorts of shops and restaurants. The property is located at the end of a side street in Gambetta and, probably for that reason, is quiet at night. Heating and air conditioning work well.

Cons: The dresser drawers were malfunctioning. I could only open one properly (but I only needed one). The shower tray wasn't clean. I cleaned it myself before using it, using the cleaning supplies provided. The host was friendly and offered to fix it immediately in both cases.

Pros: Emplacement très pratique pour la gare et le centre ville . Le logement est très cocooning et super bien équipé ! Vous avez tous ce qu'il faut en arrivant , de plus la propreté est nickel ( poussière, vaisselle , draps ...) Pour finir je remercie notre hôte pour l'arrangement des horaires d'arrivée et de départ sans supplément.
