Pros: Apartment is in a great location. Its really easy to get both to the train station and the beach. You dont need to pay extra for towels and sheets. The host was kind to meet us in person in the evening. No deposit required.

Cons: One of the windows couldnt close properly but the host kindly offered to fix it.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment.The place is clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and very well located close to the main train station and within walking distance to the beach, which made it very convenient for us to get around. The host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to assist. We really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nice. Highly recommended!!

Pros: The location is in walking distance from the center of Nice, the building is charming, with high cellings (3,5 m height) and the elevator reminds me of the great classic movies featuring Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The owner left us coffee pods for the coffee maker. You have automatic window blinds in the bedroom. You get fresh linnens for the beds for no extracharge (even though on booking it states you pay extra for it). We had a great stay. Great value for your money.

Cons: It is just a suggestion, not a dislike:: a clothing rack.
