Pros: Ощущение дома, все продумано до мелочей, с заботой. Отличный ремонт и новая мебель.

Cons: Хотелось бы более точного описания, как попасть в квартиру. Так, без специального ключа зайти в подъезд невозможно. А взять ключи по прибытию можно только в подъезде, в почтовом ящике. Пришлось ждать, пока появятся соседи и просить их впустить нас во внутрь. На второй двери в подъезде тоже надо вводить код, чтобы попасть на лестничную клетку. Хорошо, что код в ящике с ключами совпал с этим кодом. Но этот момент нигде не оговаривался.

Pros: El apartamento es monísimo, muy bien decorado, se nota que está recién reformado. Todo muy nuevo, la cocina muy bien equipada para poder cocinar allí (un detalle que tuviera básicos como cápsulas de café, té, aceite, sal, pimienta y vinagre). La cama muy cómoda. Cerca de la estación de tren y desde la ventana de la habitación se ve la cúpula de la catedral rusa que hay justo al lado. Buena comunicación con la dueña.

Cons: Hacía bastante calor y solo había un ventilador.

Un séjour ensoleillé, riche en paysages, plages et belles découvertes.

Pros: Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’emplacement, la proximité avec les transports en commun et le centre de Nice. L’appartement est très bien équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien, et il est très joliment décoré.
