Great place to stay when in Nice!
Pros: The hosts are super helpfull and polite! The location is great as it is so close to the port and old town and to great restaurants. It is good size for a family of 4 people or less. The master bed was really comfy and not too soft. The appartment has an air conditioning in every room which was a plus as our holiday week was super hot.

Top spot and lovely hosts
Pros: A perfect location for us, and quiet enough but still within a very short distance of some lively bars and restaurants for a fun evening vibe. The house is cool, spacious and had everything we needed and our hosts were incredibly attentive, sharing local tips and good places go eat az well as checking in on gs to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more!

Pros: Helena's and Antoine's apartment is located in a great neighborhood close to the Port area of Nice and just a short walk to the old town. There are lots of restaurants and bars close by.The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Antoine and Helene are excellent hosts and responded quickly to any queries we had. They also recommended some nice restaurants in the area around the apartment.

Pros: Great host, quick to respond, helpful. The cleaning lady was extremely nice, too. We got all the important info (house rules, WIFI code) in advance. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You can find the basics in the kitchen (sugar/salt, spices, tea, coffee) and in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, medicines for both adults and children). Great with kids, lots of toys for them to play with. You can use all streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+,...). Shops, tram and bus stops, beaches, restaurants are in short walk distance.
Cons: It is a bit noisy at night and the mattress in the master bedroom is quite soft (not good for those with sensitive backs).

Alles war prima-empfehlenswert!
Pros: The Location of the Appartement is perfect. The Bus Station and Train Station Garibaldi/Le Château are very close (walking destination 5 min). The area is cute with all the little and small Streets of old town. And there are lots of Restaurants and breakfast Places around! The Appartement was clean and fortunately with good working air condition! Everything was well prepared and Christina very helpful. Thank you!!!

Pros: La ubicación era perfecta para nuestro grupo.Eramos cuatro amigas recién acabado los estudios celebrando nuestro nueva etapa en la vida .Estuvimos muy cómodas y tuvimos una seguridad con los propietarios que nos ampollaban en todo lo que necesitábamos .Sobre todo mi madre que al escribirlos se relajó y nos dejó en paz .Mis padres han dicho que se van apuntar el próximo verano.Teniamos cerca el puerto el mercado veíamos la vida cotidiana y Niza es un sitio estratégico para coger trenes y ver todos los alrededores.UN ACIERTO PARA NUESTRO PRIMER VIAJE ….

Pros: Das Apartment überzeugte durch seine sehr gute Ausstattung und zentrale Lage. Wie waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Check in und out lief reibungslos ab.

Zentrale Wohnung mitten im Geschehen
Pros: - sehr zentrale Lage - der Gastgeber war bemüht und gab bereits vor der Ankunft diverse Tipps für Aktivitäten in Nizza - die Wohnung ist tatsächlich - wie es bereits in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben wurde - mit vielen Kindersacheb belegt. Praktisch für Familien, wir haben es geschätzt.
Cons: - Missverständnisse und schlechte Erreichbarkeit bei der Schlüsselübergabe - der Kühlschrank hat einen unangenehmen Duft

Pros: Super locatie. Mooie grote ruimte. Mooi stapelbed voor onze dochter.
Cons: Er hing soms een raar luchtje. Ook in de koelkast, maar dat werd opgelost. Bed was misschien wat zacht.
