Monaco GP trip

Pros: Perfectly located for getting around Nice and as a base for Monaco trips. Handy ensuite shower rooms.

Cons: Very small separate toilet. Very thin curtains in one bedroom.

Just perfect for Nice

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms.

Cons: The rain shower didnt work, a minor flaw

Very close to all amenities and trams and buses. Comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Location perfect. Tram lines very close. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment typical French accommodation. Two en-suit shower rooms and one (very small) toilet. Lovely little patio area.

Cons: Explanation that front door opens with fob.

Pros: There were 2 separate showers in the 2 rooms. We had a balcony in one of the rooms and a fully equipped kitchen/living room. The location was great, we were very close to tramway line 1-2 and sourranded by a lot of restaurants/bars, etc.

Cons: The heater was not working at the first night and we had no hot water either but the host was really kind and came over next morning to fix it.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Direkt vor der Tür hat es mehrere gute Restaurants. 5 Minuten vom Hafen und der Tramstation entfernt.

Très bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: L'emplacement, la disponibilité du propriétaire et sa gentillesse même si nous ne l'avons pas vu physiquement, la superficie des chambres.

Cons: La propreté du logement était correcte mais peut être améliorée et les oreillers lavés ou changés.

Mycket bra centralt boende som vi kan tänka oss att återvända till

Pros: Vi har bott i området förut och tycker det är jättebra. Lägenheten ligger precis vid en restaurang gata men med stängda fönster hördes nästan ingenting. När jag läste om vad som fanns i lägenheten så framkom det inte tydligt att det både fanns disk och tvättmaskin vilket det gjorde till vårt nöje.

Cons: Inte ett problem för oss men ingen hiss för de som skulle behöva det.

Pros: Tout est parfait: équipements, situation géographique, accueil par tel et envois d'info, propreté, le patio est très agréable. Merci Damien.

Cons: Quelques petits bémols : * l'un des ventilateurs dans le salon est cassé * le seuil de porte du WC est également cassé et on risque de s'y prendre les pieds * 2 des 4 chaises dans le salon sont très abimées, à remplacer par les 2 chaises rangées dans l'une des chambres
