Pros: Great accommodation if you are coming to Nice. The apartment is in a great location, and the host is very kind. We even received a brochure in pdf about what to visit, where to eat and how to make the most of our visit to Nice. All recommendations and we will definitely be back again.😊

Spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: Well organised host provided step by step guide for check in and check out. Nicely located, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable sofa bed.

Cons: Thin walls but neighbours are very considerate.

Appartement et environnement de grande qualité, à recommander

Pros: Appartement très bien situé et exposé, très propre, bien équipé. La terrasse donnant sur le jardin est très agréable. Résidence très calme et sécurisée, le parking sécurisé est également un vrai plus. Les explications fournies par le propriétaire sont très détaillées et pro. Un séjour très agréable. Nous reviendrons ! A saluer l'engagement du propriétaire sur le tri des déchets et la mise à disposition d'un kit pour la vaisselle.

Pros: Arredamento davvero di buon gusto, posizione super tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro. Indicazioni precise del proprietario. Cordialità e prontezza nelle risposte. Self Check in e check out chiarissimi. Se tornerò a Nizza prenoterò sicuramente ancora qui

LA CIUDAD DE NIZA ES PRECIOSA.

Pros: Muy bonito, cómodo, cocina muy equipada y tanto la zona donde está situado como su plaza de parking fueron de nuestro agrado.

Cons: La ducha esta atascada y no es agradable ducharse así.

Très bon moment passé dans cet appartement dans quartier au calme.

Pros: La disponibilité de l'hôte, le garage sécurisé pour notre voiture. la literie très confortable. En été l'exposition doit être idéale (la terrasse donne sur un jardin très ombragé).

Cons: il manque un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine, en automne ou en hiver l'appartement est un peu sombre

Lieu ou je pourrais revenir pour visiter ma famille qui habite Nice Le parking est très important .

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable situé dans un quartier chic de Nice Le centre ville n'est pas loin a pied , mais le retour est plus difficile car l appartement est sur les hauteurs

Cons: Les voisins sont un peu bruyants ainsi que les enfants qui fréquentent le parc qui donne sur le salon et la chambre . Mais ce n'est pas très important , il faut juste le savoir
