Pros: Nice studio for two of us. It was clean with everything what we need for 4 days. location is good, you have shop, bakery, bus station 50-100 m from studio. Daniel is very nice. He give us lot infos what to visit, where to eat, and other things about Nice & other places.

Nice apartment and host

Pros: Out host Daniel was very friendly and nice, helpful. Location is perfect just by the beach. Very nice studio where you can find all that you need.

Lovely, well equipped studio

Pros: Very clean, cozy apartment. It was a little further out than usual for me but tram and bus are just minutes away and I felt very safe in the building as it's well staffed. Plus the beach is just steps from the door. There was also a supply of toilet roll, tissues, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, shower gel. All of which were much appreciated. Daniel was very kind and welcoming. He even left a bottle of rose wine chilling in the fridge! Lovely to sip on the balcony.

A handy spot in Nice

Pros: Great location with on street parking available. The tram is nearby and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket are close by. The beach is a short walk away. The host Daniel is lovely and met us onsite to show us the studio. He also gave us a welcome gift of a bottle of rose wine. There is a pool onsite too.

Pros: The location was close to the beach and close to the old town, shopping areas nearby. A lot of kindness from the host Daniel, who presented us with very precise leisure options and answered all our questions politely and patiently.

Pros: The accommodation has an excellent location, just one street away from the beach, with shops, restaurants and everything you might need within walking distance. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is simple but offers great value for money. Daniel was extremely kind and helpful, always available to answer our questions and make sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to come back.”
