Pros: Great apartment right on the coast with a beautiful view. You'll find everything you need in there with a great kitchen that'll help you save some pennies.

Pros: Wonderful apartment! Suitable for 3 people . Lovely to have a balcony with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located on les Promenades des Anglais but a few kilometers from old town. However the public transport is excellent. Well-equipped and spacious apartment. We loved our stay. The concierge was responsive and helpful! When I return to Nice, I will stay here again!

Cons: Nothing really. Would be nice to have a mirror near electrical outlets and hooks to hang the towels. The second bedroom is small .

Pros: The host was super accommodating and helpful. Facilities in the apartment were super, added extras were home from home. Right opposite the beach and a nice walk into Nice

Brilliant Location, Lovely air conditioned apartment. Everything supplied. A real treat to stay here

Pros: The property was lovely. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony and look out at the sea. Everything seemed to have been considered for a comfortable stay. Sun awning, Sun chairs, Umbrella and more.

Holiday with teenage kids / young adults . Perfect as plenty to suit all .

Pros: Fab location, incredible beautiful comfortable air conditioned apartment . Great attention to detail even supplying fresh Lino’s to use on beach . Really kind caretaker .

Cons: Originally were concerned about No parking but it turned out to be a good thing . No car needed so saved on car hire . Côte d’Azur pass excellent to travel around and tram is practically on door step behind apartment block .
