Pros: Très belle emplacement, appartement propre et équipée

Pros: La dame qui nous a reçu était très sympathique. L’appartement est comme sur les photo légèrement petit mais suffisant, l’appartement à un bon équipement assez utile, comme un étendoir sur le balcon avec 2-3 outils pour cuisiner et sèche cheveux. Le lit est confortable. L’emplacement de l’appartement est loin du centre, je vous conseille de louer des vélos pour vous y rendre mais il est proche de la plage à 2 minutes. Il y a aussi un inter marché à 1 minute.

Cons: Seul petit problème, il faut un bonnet de bain pour aller dans la piscine donc embêtant

Pros: Camera și baia foarte ok, curate, bucătăria cu cele necesare. Tramvai, plaja, magazine, terase, restaurante foarte aproape. Gazda de treaba, am fost foarte mulțumiți.

Pros: Très bien situé, près de la plage et du tram confortable et bien équipé

Cons: Il faut un bonnet pour accéder à la piscine (5€ sur place) Rue un peu bruyante mais ok fenêtres et volets fermés Une caution de 600€ nous a été demandée alors que ça n'était pas mentionné sur l'annonce.

Pros: Studio tout près des services de transport et de la plage. Lit très confortable. A 20 minutes a pied du centre de Nice. Belle piscine. Accueil sympathique.
