Pros: The appartment is exceptional. Everything you need during your trip will be there. Also the location is great, it is located near the tram station, which is the direct line to the airport, 2 min to the beach, 5 min by tram to the city centre, there are plenty of bus stops as well. The University Cote d'Azure is in a walking distance. So it is suited for all walks of life :) P.S. I recommend it to all Ukrainians who come to Nice :)

Great place for a couple, but remember earplugs for a better sleep.

Pros: Nice place and clean. Close to transport and promenade. Close to supermarket.

Cons: It is on a busy road, leading to and from highway. So a lot of traffic most of the time. Noise from 05:00

lovely apartment, great location

Pros: location was perfect....right next to the beach, great local shops, and an easy tram/20min walk into the centre

Cons: nothing.... if we're being really picky, then a bread knife would be good [as others have mentioned], and a clock would be nice!!!

Comfortable, relaxing and close to the beach.

Pros: Clean, close to the beach and shops. Nice, secure and quiet building facing north so not too much sun in the afternoons. Well equipped if anyone wants to cook their meals but also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Extremely kind and polite person welcomed me in the apartment and make entire experience smooth.

Pros: The flat was well equipped, with a lovely balcony and much-needed aircon unit. Check in and check out were seamless and we had no problems. Everyone we met in the building was so friendly, too!

Cons: It was excellent, the only thing I can think of is more pillows would have been nice.

Very good living experience

Pros: Very good experience. The hotel is very clean, well equipped and has a cosy terrace. There is a supermarket downstairs and the beach is easily accessible within a few minutes walk. Recommended to everyone.

Pros: Communication with an owner was excellent. The apartment is 2-3min to the beach which is very convinient. Grocery store was downstairs and many bakeries and restaurants nearby. Also, it had all equipment someone could need during a week vacation.

Cons: Somebody used to smoke in the apartment. The smell was still noticable.
