Nice is a wonderful place to visit. This was an excellent place to use as our base. I would highly recommend it.

Pros: Geraldine the host was excellent at replying to messages and accommodating our requests Location is superb - 4 minutes to beach, 2 minutes to the tram, great cafe/bar, mini market and pharmacie across the road

Cons: It is very compact but we still enjoyed a great holiday

Very good.

Pros: Location fantastic. Excellent for sea, trams, supermarkets and restaurants. Although small apartment, had everything we needed. Great to have the balcony

Cons: The only criticism would be that the property looked tired. In need of a repaint and refurbishment, for example the walls and doors had several holes and were not particularly clean
