Enjoyable 5 night stay

Pros: Location excellent to station, restaurants and seafront. Apt was easily accessible on first floor in secure building.

Cons: TV kept dropping out due to poor Wifi

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious enough. It was well equipped and the bedrooms were a good size. It's location was good for access to the Centre, only a 15 minutes walk and for tram lines, railway lines buses ect.

Cons: It was a little noisy from the road traffic which made it difficult to open your window for air.

Great apartment, highly recommend!

Pros: Great location, very secure, easy key collection with friendly staff, clean, great size for our family of 3.

Cons: Internet was slow and dropped out at times but as we were out a lot, this wasn't a big issue.

Wonderful place!

Pros: Very clean apartment, all facilities included. Location great near city center, restaurants, beach and train station. Very comfortable and big beds. Host very hospitable! Will return in the future to the apartment.

Pros: Location was what drew us to this apartment and everything else was just a bonus! You’re within walking distance to the beach, old town, and the main strip (also super close to the train station). The apartment was clean and very spacious! Loved it

Very nice place

Pros: Good place, good area to move around, sit around the dining table, good location.

A comfortable flat in central Nice from which to explore the city.

Pros: It was quiet and well equipped with everything that we needed including a washing machine and ironing board, which we did not use, but which would have been handy for people staying for longer. The towels and sheets were of good quality and everything was very clean. It was very well heated, almost too hot, with a constant supply of hot water.

Cons: The location was central but not particularly close to transport links or the sea front. (15 minutes walk to the station, 10 minutes walk to the tram stop, the main shopping area and the beach). There was a very unpleasant smell of bad drains. At first we thought it came from the shower and kept a towel over the drain hole but we then we located the smell to the kitchen sink and kept the window open to dispel the smell. The host is aware of the problem and told us that he will be getting a plumber in to investigate.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Pros: Great location, good size, very comfortable and clean.

Cons: Wifi was a bit sketchy.

Pros: Good location and easy work to train station and beach and main shopping area

Cons: Was not clean at check in time and still was not clean when we returned from outing which is about 6pm compared to check in time at 3pm

Pros: Fantastic location. Host very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing in particular. Mattress wasn't great but if its only a few nights, it won't be an issue. Worth mentioning there are quite a few areas of damp on the walls in second bedroom. As we were a couple, we didn't need to use this room but it's not great if you're booking with friends/family in mind. Toilet also does not have an extractor fan, only a small window.
