MY CASA - OLIVETTO - Superb city center apartment with AC

Pros: The location is quite near of the Nice Ville train station, easy to reach. Also from the location is quite easy to hit old city town or other landmarks from Nice.

Cons: Some of the location facilities has an used/old aspect and some need urgent reparation to improve the general pictures. For six adult persons they give us only 2 welcome kits in bathroom and kitchen...which seems cheap. Furthermore the TV, Internet and WIFI Internet did NOT work for the whole period and the facility keepers did not bother to fix this [problem despite we inform them from very first day!!

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: 3 large bedrooms & 2 toilets. Very spacious and kitchen well equipped. Only one flight of stairs up to the apartment. Has a washing machine, dishwasher and good sized fridge/freezer. Aircon in all rooms. 25 minute walk to the main beaches. Lidl supermarket 2 mins away

Cons: After booking, I had to pay an additional deposit which was €30 non refundable which I thought was cheeky. You could also opt for a €300 refundable option but I wasn’t convinced by other reviews that you get that back very easily. No restaurants close by but only a 25 minute walk

Difficult for parking

Pros: Everything , the property was very comfortably , rooms , dishes, ac, etc and near by city center , beach , train

Cons: I like everything

Pros: Localisation et taille de l'appartement Cuisine très fonctionnelle Salle de bain spacieuse Appartement très bien protégé du bruit extérieur (double vitrage)

Cons: Manque de vaisselle - très peu de verres, bols, ustensiles de cuisine Logement avec quelques défauts non signalés lorsque nous avons récupéré les clés : pas de possibilité d'aérer une chambre (fenêtre bloquée), bas de la porte intérieure de la salle de bain abimée, tiroir cassé dans un placard Pour une semaine les matelas étaient moyennement confortables

Calme , très bien conçu

Pros: Tout était parfait L appartement spacieux Je recommande vivement

Cons: J ai vraiment tout aimé Saul le manque d un faitout, des petites cuillères Et d un ecoutoire Juste une petite remarque Car pour 6 ces un peu juste

Superbe appartement, 30 minutes à pieds de la mer

Pros: Situation géographique parfaite pour Nice, à 30 minutes à pied de la promenade des Anglais en passant par la place Massena. Proche de la gare et de ses trains mais pas de dérangement bruyant, très bonne isolation phonique. appartement très bien équipé et moderne, relations avec la conciergerie très facile.

Cons: Tout était très correct, peut être des difficultés à trouver une place de parking dans ce quartier le soir, mais c'est normal...
