Good tidy apartment and location . Just shame about next door having the tv on all through the night

Pros: Comparable and easy access to the city . Just far enough outside the main huddle and bussle. Good price

Cons: We think that the neighbour next door had insomnia as you could hear the tv all through the wall all night . If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem . Saw two small cockroaches in the kitchen one evening .

Excellent stay

Pros: The apartment is lovely, ground floor apartment with a private terrace, fully functional kitchen, comfortable bed, helpful host, so it ticks all the boxes. The location of the apartment was perfect for me, around 25 minutes walk to the Promenade and Old Nice. The main train station is only a 10 minutes walk, so perfect for day trips to Monaco, Cannes ect. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the region.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Extremely pleasant stay. We felt at home. The host took care of everything. The apartment is in a very strategic location - close to the train station and attractions. I highly recommend!

Pros: Apartment well equipped, a nice terrace for enjoying morning coffee, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including an oven and a microwave.

Cons: A very narrow bathroom, unfortunately the shower drain did not work properly. We had to unclog it ourselves before use, as it was blocked with hair.

Pros: Lovely apartment, great outside space. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Cons: Bed a bit soft for our liking.

Pros: the host is very helpful and kind. the house is clean and the outdoor area is small but nice. even though there are not many comments on booking, it is trustworthy overall. we appreciate it.

Cons: we were 3 people. the living room is very small. there is a double bed and sofa next to each other in the room. the sofa bed is extremely uncorfortable. it is needed to be renewed. it is really bad. also there are only 2 set of towels. so it is too bad for third person. the home is okay for 2. also, the house is little bit away from the center, it is tiring to walk all the way.

A clean, beautiful apartment to spend time in while in Nice.

Pros: It was very clean, the kitchen is great, terrace is beautiful and there’s more than enough space to hang clothes in wardrobe etc. Location was brilliant, and the host was very accommodating aswel, giving us directions and recommendations around the area. Overall a very comfortable, more than satisfactory stay for our 4 day city break.

Nice apartment

Pros: I appreciated that prior my arrival I received clear instructions how to get the key and use devices in the apartment, I also got some advice about what to see and where to eat which was very useful during our stay, thank you! The host always found time to answer my questions. The apartment was nice, comfortable both for me and my kid. Kitchen was good and it had everything needed for cooking.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here, everything that on the pictures matches the real apartment. Is very light, spacious and has enough of the equipment for the stay. Especially appreciate the host Marina and her son, they were extremely sweet and welcoming! Definitely coming back again :)

Pros: Cudowny apartament. Bardzo wygodny, jest w nim wszystko o czym czlowiek moze pomyśleć. Dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Jeśli Nicea to tylko tu ! Na pewno wrócimy ❤️
