Studio Cosy à Nice Centre

Hardly recommend if you want to travel well, on a budget.

Pros: The apartament is very 2024 updated, well situated in a calm area, very close to Place Masséna and about 5 minutes to Gare Thiers- great if you want to take the train to the other cities around Nice, a walking distance to the sea, and very close to Musee Chagall. The interior is indeed cosy, it’s smells nice and new, liked the attention to small details, Nespresso coffee machine, the big ceiling light, and the smart mirror, I’d say « la piece du résistance » especially for women, it gives you a warm light when do your make up. Good wi-fi connection, no problem with the water, the street is very quiet, so you’ll not be disturbed by any outside noises. The mix of the colors (walls, furniture, carpet) decent and balanced, nothing to scream or noisy. Quentin was so very careful, I liked that during the time spent, he asked if there was anything to help, easy to get him on the phone and Booking as well.

Cons: A nice to have and I think it’s missing: a roller blind in order to let the natural light get into the room throught tje day, but keeping in the same time the intimacy

Ideal pied a terre in Nice close to Museo Chagall

Pros: Quentin was a very good host. He went out of his way to meet us at the property even though our flight arrived after midnight. All communication beforehand and during was easy. The apartment is on the ground floor, small but clean and comfy and in a good location, very close to the beautiful Museo Chagall and in a nice neighbourhood that is within walking distance to the sea front.

Propre, confortable et parfaitement situé!

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte, qui s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse et très attentionné. Il a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions à l’aise, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. La communication a été fluide, avec des réponses rapides et efficaces. L’appartement était super propre, confortable et parfaitement situé, à deux pas de la gare et de tous les commerces. Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et cette belle expérience !

Pros: L’appartement est très propre dans un quartier calme, le propriétaire est disponible et à l’écoute, les équipements mis à disposition sont top !

Joli studio proche de la gare

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le studio en lui-même (décoration, propreté, literie, équipements disponibles) et le service de Quentin qui a été très flexible et disponible lors de notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. L'emplacement est assez proche de la gare mais un peu éloigné de la vieille ville de Nice. Cela nous a permis de découvrir la ville et de marcher un peu. Sinon, il y a aussi la possibilité de prendre le tramway près de la gare. Nous avons bien aimé Nice et reviendrons pour découvrir les villes aux alentours ! Merci encore :)

Cons: Rien à signaler hormis des voisins un peu bruyants et une faible insonorisation vis à vis du couloir d'entrée de l'immeuble mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.
