Cute and comfortable studio for a great stay in Nice

Pros: The location is great. The studio apartment was spotless clean! Iona even provided washing capsules, coffee, oil and spices. The bed is comfortable. The wardrobe space is super useful to store the luggage and hang up clothes. Really everything was prepared for the guests to feel home!

Pros: The location was very convenient. Overall a comfortable flat for a few nights.

Cons: The air-conditioning system wasn't ideal, and required the window to be open which is a bit of a waste.

Pros: El apartamento es magnífico súper tranquilo con toda la comodidades a pocos metros de la playa en el centro mismo de la ciudad la pasamos de maravilla con mi pareja.

Cons: En síntesis nos gustó todo no hay de qué quejarse es una maravilla súper tranquilo relajante el sofá-cama es muy confortable la máquina de lavar ropa todo muy bien equipado

Pros: Ren lejlighed, veludstyret køkken og overraskende behagelig sovesofa. God beliggenhed, dog et stykke fra den gamle bydel.

Cons: Larmende aircondition. Manglende mulighed for at lukke vinduer pga. aircondition. Lidt baggrundsstøj fra naboer og tog.

Pros: Идеальная чистота Хорошее местоположение Было абсолютно все необходимое и на кухне и в квартире в целом

Cons: Очень неудобная кровать, точнее это диван. Кривой, спишь под наклоном, матрас неудобный и ужасные подушки Напольный кондиционер очень шумный, мы с ним не смогли спать, он вибрировал и жужжал Вокруг есть улицы где бесплатная парковка ночью, но мы тратили в среднем минут по 40 на поиск места

Pros: La anfitriona es encantadora y nos facilitó entrar antes al apartamento. Está bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y del tranvía. Queda a unos 25 minutos de la playa andando, pero nosotros preferíamos estar cerca del tren. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, microondas, hervidor, cafetera etc. además te deja estropajo y productos de limpieza así como sal y azúcar. Está muy limpio y nuevo. Tienes varias tiendas cerca. Hay cuna para bebé. También hay un pingüino de aire.

Cons: Lo peor fue subir tres pisos con el carrito, pero creo que es algo común en Francia el no tener ascensor.
