Pros: We happy staying at this Studio, just nice for 3 of us, walking distance 10mins to train Station, 10mins to the beach, supermarket located nearby, halal restaurant just besides the Carrefour Supermarket, another halal restaurant near beach street. Owner is very helpful & freindly👍

Great apartment for a comfortable stay near Nice.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Provencal. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 mins to a supermarket. The apartment was clean with good facilities: comfortable bed, air con, great shower and equipped kitchen. The hosts were very friendly with good communication. Great value for money.

Pros: Appartamento grande con bagno pulito e spazioso. Il Wi-Fi nella struttura era veloce e copriva tutte le stanze. Comodo anche il balconcino a disposizione.

Pros: 房子精致，卫生好，可以看出房东夫妇非常用心在打理自己的民宿。而且房东夫妇非常非常好，我们从米兰开车去尼斯，因为高速路上遇到交通事故，还有很多条隧道在维修只能单车道行驶，所以凌晨12点半才到，房东夫妇非常耐心地在路边等我们，我觉得他们可能已经在路边站了好久，非常感谢你们的耐心和关心。另外停车非常方便而且安全，公寓也很安全。

ACCOGLIENZA E APPARTAMENTO TOP

Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione con una bella vista dotato di tutto il necessario. Accoglienza famigliare molto gradevole. Abbiamo apprezzato poter cenare sul balcone molto ampio e avere a disposizione la lavastoviglie. Abbiamo usufruito anche del garage, davvero molto comodo

Pros: Présence d’une place de parking personnelle, appartement au 6eme étage (avec ascenseur) avec balcon qui offre une belle vue sur le quartier, à proximité de la plage, la gare et les commerces

Cons: Chambre un peu étroite mais suffisante

Pros: Alles schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der große Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken und zum entspannen ein.

Très contents de notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Pros: L’accueil par les propriétaires, l’aménagement de l’appartement, lits confortables.

Pros: Ottima esperienza. Proprietario gentile e appartamento curato.

Pros: Posizione non distante dal mare né dalla città alta, struttura ampia e luminosa, ultimo piano con vista e distanza dalla strada.

Cons: Mancanza di beni di base come olio, sapone mani e una cialda a testa di caffè, almeno per chi effettua soggiorni brevi.
