Perfect location for a visit to Nice.

Pros: The location was very good -close to the beach and in the middle of the old town. It had everything we needed and represented very good value for money.

Cons: It was a little run down in places but for the price I felt it was very good for Nice. The bathroom in particular could do with a good, deep clean but overall the rest of the property was clean and tidy.
