Appartement Verrière - Welkeys

Excellent apartment

Pros: Very central location in the old town. Easy access to literally hundreds of cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as local supermarkets. Few minutes walk to beaches on the Bay of Angels. Apartment in old town house above shop. Simple process to access Apartment without owners representative. Good facilities for cooking, if needed. Separate shower room away from bathroom/toilet eases morning routines.

Cons: Main problem was the noise at night, due to central location. Revelers were out in the streets singing and shouting until 3 to 4 am, when bin cleaning and deliveries started. Due to narrow alleyways deliveries have to be off loaded onto trolleys and wheeled to shops / cafes etc. Need to remember ear plugs. Had to have windows open due to heat. Entrance hall and staircase was currently undergoing refurbishment and floors were masked with paper which covered broken and moving floor tiles.

Pros: Large apartment In the middle of the old town it is handy for restaurants and bars etc

Cons: Noisy from street. Needs new pillows. Tiles on stairs loose and potential trip hazard.

Pros: Appartement trs grand et très typique du quartier Vieux Nice à Nice. Très bien placé pour tout faire à pied. En revanche impossible de se garer devant l appartement donc il faut se garer dans des parkings souterrains qui sont assez chers.
