Top location with everything that you need inside
Pros: The location is excellent with a lot of restaurants, beach and also small markets to buy some groceries. At the same time the place was quiet inside. We have everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
Cons: If I could very picky, as I am a light sleeper I noticed an automatic outdoor light turning on sometimes during the evening from my room. The other room didn’t have this problem.

Sauberes, ruhiges Appartement in zentraler Lage
Pros: Sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Begrüßung. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Lage ist optimal. Gleich um die Ecke laden zahlreiche (hervorragende) Lokale zum Frühstück, Abendessen und Flanieren durch die Straßen ein. In wenigen Schritten gelangt man die Promenade. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig!
Cons: Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr gut. Gefehlt hat uns lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine

Quiet, Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location
Pros: We enjoyed our 5-day stay in this lovely renovated apartment. It was very quiet, beautifully designed, and in a great location—just a short walk to everything, including the Promenade des Anglais. The patio was a big highlight for us; we spent a lot of time relaxing there after running in a long trail in the mountains. Overall, a good place to stay in Nice and we would happily return!
Cons: A couple of small things: there was limited storage space for luggage and the closet was quite small. Also, we missed having a coffee machine and some basic kitchen supplies like paper towels.

Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in a perfect location in Nice city center.
Pros: The exceptional factor of this property is the location - perfectly placed for whoever wants to get the most out of the Nice city center, without getting into a car. The apartment is compact, 2 bedrooms, comfortable and clean.

Séjour très agréable grâce à cette appartement particulièrement bien placé entre la rue Masséna et la plage.
Pros: Une situation très agréable, proche de l’animation de Masséna, tout en étant au calme. Une belle chambre très agréable et confortable. Le salon-cuisine est petit, mais fonctionnel. Nous nous en sommes servis comme d’une chambre. Tout est très propre et fonctionnel. La petite terrasse est très sympa, elle permet de prendre des repas dehors.
Cons: C’est au rdc et entouré d’immeubles. Il manque une vue mais de l’intérieur, la vue sur la terrasse est agréable.

Pros: Vi har haft et virkelig dejligt ophold på Club Inn Appartement. Lejligheden var både ren, rummelig og godt udstyret med alt, hvad vi havde brug for under vores ferie. Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre – kun få minutters gang til stranden, shopping, restauranter.
Cons: Desværre var kommunikationen med stedet ikke tilfredsstillende. Vi sendte flere e-mails inden ankomst, som aldrig blev besvaret, og de virkede ikke til at have styr på, at vi skulle komme. Vi var nødt til selv at ringe og spørge, hvordan vi fik fat i nøglerne.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты! Очень все чисто, все продуманно для спокойного отдыха! В апартаментах все есть, уютные, со свежим ремонтом! Месторасположение самое лучшее - рядом рестораны и, практически, на берегу Английской набережной. Бесплатный вай фай. Вся техника работала. Очень хорошие апартаменты! Рекомендую.
Cons: Мы не смогли разобраться с выносом мусора, но поддержка прислала горничную и она вынесла мусор.

Excelente departamento, a 50 m del mar
Pros: El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado, super centrico por lo que todo estaba cerca y se podia recorrer caminando. También muy commodo, amplio y casi recien estrenado, todo nuevo.
Cons: No hay nada que no me haya gustado realmente.

Pros: Новые апартаменты в тихом переулке фактически на Английской набережной. Все сделано качественно и в состоянии новых вещей: чайник, стиральная машина и тд. Брали апартаменты с 2 комнатами. Могу смело рекомендовать как очень хороший вариант, но с некоторыми нюансами (см что не понравилось), которые возможно для кого-то важны и являются зоной для роста при сдаче для владельцев. Также отметить дружелюбность и отзывчивость персонала.
Cons: Возможно для кого это будет критично: - уборки апартаментов нет, но можно договориться по желанию отдельно. - полотенца не меняют, но по нашей просьбе нам дали большой комплект, который был достаточен для 7 дней прибывания. - цена достаточно высока, хотя пока аппараты новые - это можно понять.
