Perfect accommodation to explore Nice! Thaks!

Pros: We stayed 1 night only, but it was perfect- location (closed to promenade), cosy rooms, small kitchen available.

Pros: The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are small but very nice. Absolutely would stay again. Location is also incredible - very close to the beach, a short walk from the tram station and walking distance from old town.

Excellent location and good kitchen facilities

Pros: Excellent location, the kitchen was really well equipped, plenty of toilet paper! The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and my room was ready when I arrived at 12.

Cons: The carpet was very stained and the bathroom had mould on the grouting and a few stray hairs. The water temperature fluctuates

Pros: The location is well located, close to the central station and the main promenade (Promenade des anglais). The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It also helped that we had air conditioning in the room that worked without any problems.

Cons: The beach is very close to the location, but it is rocky.

Good location, good for a short stay

Pros: Location was good secure. Close to the beach and old town. Walking distance to Nice Ville train station. Place was only just big enough for 3 people. 4 people our room would have been over crowded. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: Only gave us 2 rolls for toilet paper for 3 people for 7 night which ended up not being enough by the last couple of days. Would have been charged if we wanted our towels or bedding changed in that time so used the same towels for 8 days. Shower wasn’t very clean, mold and lots of scum at the bottom. Carpet is very old and a bit ruined in parts. Bad smell coming from the kitchenette area

Pros: The location was perfect, it was Three minutes from the beach. There were nice shops and groceries stores nearby. The apartment was small but well furnished and it didn’t feel small. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They responded quick and helped us.

Cons: only the ladder to the bed’s upstairs are a bit scary but that’s not a problem.

Pros: Ladies on reception are very friendly and helpful, also appartment is 5min from the beach and 10min from center and train station which was great!

Cons: Breakfast is a little expensive for what they offer on the buffet and you need to pay extra if you need cleanimg of the appartment or new towels.

excellent location in Nice

Pros: excellent position in downtown Nice, next to the Promenade des Anglais, many shops and services nearby, the flat is fully equipped, clean and comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful

Basic fit-out, Comfortable bed, great location, Flexible check in & Luggage storage facility.

Pros: Great location, a lovely boulangerie very close by. very safe & quiet, small studio space. Shower tiles damaged & need replacing, handle on microwave was melted, cracked & damaged hob, poor quality towels, comfortable bed & comfortable couch for sitting. But dining chairs were plastic & poor quality. Great to be able to leave luggage at the hotel reception near by before check in & after check out.

Cons: Better quality towels & maybe 1 extra! Just about enough toilet roll for our stay. A few more coffee sachets would be nice. Damaged shower tiles, microwave & hob need replacing.

Pros: Nice accommodation near the centre of the city and most attractions, beach, cafes and restaurants are at the walking distance. Neat and clean appartment and the kitchen and dining table were good ad5ditions.
