Pros: A great place near the station and port. There are restaurants and bakery around the neighbourhood. The place is very spacious for us and manage some light cooking. The Nannybag service is nearby, convenient if you need to store luggage first before checking in or out.

Pros: Location is excellent. 15 minutes walking to the city centar, close to the train station, tram station, as well as Bus station that we have used to go to Eze village. Super market and bakary are in the same street. Appartment is clean and have everything you might need (except air-con, but we did not need it. Couldbe in issue during summer months)

Cons: Check in was not easy even though we have received full picture and video instruction through application. You need to have internet access if you want to enter to the building. We came 21:20 because our plane did not landed on time and we could not enter into the building (check in is until 21h), because automatic door opening did not worked. We had luck because one guy left the building at that time and he opened a door for us.

Great location Port Lympia Nice

Pros: Location great; very close to any tram or bus; very clean and with all facilities needed. Is much worthy than staying in the actual center.Easy check in and check out , you don’t see the hosts but they are very professional online, give very good instructions, ask if all ok; really hassle free.

Cons: They need to fix the bed metal noise.

Lovely apartment in good location

Pros: Beautifully decorated apartment; Good location in the port and near to the tram to the city centre. Clean and well equipped.

Cons: Bed would be a bit short for tall people!

Pros: Really lovely Apartment, we feelt Like at home, clena, fully equipment kitchen, really comfortable bed... Very good Location, Close to the Port, beach and City. Fully recommended!

Perfect place if you want to explore Nice and the Côte d'Azur. ☺️

Pros: Excellent location, fully equipped apartment, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Toilet was a bit smelly. It would be nice to have extra blanket in bedroom, in case of cooler nights.

Pros: The house was perfect for a getaway! The location was impeccable! House was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Love the decorations! The host was responsive and instruction was clear! 10/10 would definitely stay again!

A superb stay in a super flat in a lovely city and in mid winter.

Pros: I liked the location. There were 2 wonderful bakeries within a 5 minute walk , many restaurants, 2 good supermarkets. Most of all, I liked the high spec flat. It was beautifully finished, well furnished with high quality appliances and kitchenware. It was quiet in the evening. We couldn’t have asked for more. The owners of the property were communicative and thoughtful of our every need.

Cons: There was nothing that could have been bettered.

Would 100% book again !

Pros: Very Comfy and super clean. Extra pillows and blankets available. Good facilities inside the apartment, well kitted out in the kitchen and use of Netflix on the TV. location was perfect for us as it was lovely and quiet. It’s a 15 walk through the port to the main town or a 5 min tram. Washing machine in the bathroom was super helpful and use of iron really helpful. Bedroom was a good size, with plenty of storage for clothes and a nice big mirror. The hosts were fantastic, very thorough with instructions and checking in with us throughout the trip. Sent us a list of recommendation places to eat and visit , we made use of these and all were great.

Cons: Very Small elevator , would need couple of trips if you’re travelling with large suitcases. No air con. £500 security deposit is very steep. Shower door leaked so regularly moping up / putting towels down.
