Overall a fair stay

Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy. The pool was good and there is free ample parking available. The location is good and away from city hustle bustle. One bedroom apartment size is decent for a family of 3 ppl.

Cons: The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was not good and it was hurting the back. It could have been more thicker and better. There were no tea cups provided in appt. We had to ask for it. The dishwasher was not that great. It worked initially but later it was not good to clean utensils.

Pros: Nice Good sized room, comfortable huge bed, Quito neighborhood, closed parking with a lot of places.

Cons: More storage space, shelves or a cupboard would be better.

We enjoyed our staying very much.

Pros: The friendly and helpful staffs. Adjacent rooms for us. Good swimming pool. Quiet location with local supermarket around.

Cons: Dated bathroom but it serves the purpose so I am ok with it. Will be good to have wash basin in the toilet. Wrong address on the confirmation email which led my friend to a wrong place. I was not told to check in to the hotel reception so I went to the apartment straight away and there's no sign to guide me, I had to ask around how I could check in.

Pros: Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Et très arrangeants, dans la mesure de leurs possibilités, évidemment.

J'y retournerai sans hésiter une seconde! Une experience merveilleuse.

Pros: J'ai tout aimé, c'était parfait! enfin presque... (à part le canapé). Pour le reste tout était parfait. Le personnel était merveilleux, attentif et aimable, la cuisine du restaurant était délicieuse, le lit super confortable....

Cons: Le canapé était trop vieux et le tissus s'effritait donc ça faisait des miettes de tissus tous les jours à ramasser sur le sol comme j'ai des jumeaux de 2ans et qu'ils passaient tout leur temps à 4 pattes. Mais c'est bien la seule chose qui m'a dérangée.

Pros: La résidence est bien située, à l'abri de la circulation routière. Le cadre est agréable. L'endroit est assez paisible et calme. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons: Manque d'informations sur certains équipements personnels à apporter, non présents dans la chambre.
