More than a perfect!

Pros: Everything! The property was great with all the facilities that you need and the host was amazing, so kind and very helpful!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Nice! The location is perfect—close to the beach, the promenade, and supermarkets. We especially enjoyed visiting the beach at the Radisson Blu hotel, which was beautiful and had a delicious restaurant. The villa itself has 6 bedrooms, though we only used 3. The rooms are not big but very clean and comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was the host—he was extremely polite, responsive, and well-organized. Everything was handled smoothly, and he was always available if needed. We highly recommend both the villa and the host—great experience overall!

Pros: Very nice villa, right beside Cassin / Kirchner tram stop. 5 min from airport by tram and 10/15 min to city centre.

Cons: Nothing. Great villa and host.

Perfect property for a Nice and Côte d’Azur visit!

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and right next to the tram. So easy to get to town and back. The hosts provided generous quantities of coffee pods and some welcome wine which was very appreciated. Excellent communications before and throughout our stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Nice. The location is perfect, with public transport, grocery store, the beach, and entertainment parks all within walking distance, ideal for large families, and well-equipped. The host was very attentive and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return!

Toppenvistelse.

Pros: Bra område, nära flygplatsen, staden och stranden. Smidigt med tåget nära och matbutiker i närheten. Trevlig trädgård och bra hus för stort sällskap. Värden Fernando mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Mycket uppskattat med kaffe, vatten och bubbel när man kom fram på kvällen.

Cons: Inget, allt var toppen.

Good place for families or large group.

Pros: Good way for our family to spend time together in a common space yet each family member had their own room and bathroom. Our host provided us with water, juice, prosecco, snacks, coffee & tea. Lorenzo was very responsive to our email questions.

Cons: A night stand & lamp in the bedrooms would be helpful for reading. Overall, our family enjoyed the visit.

Thankful to stay at this property. Plenty of room for 8 of us - 5 adults 3 kids. Recommend!

Pros: - Loved the convenience of location in terms of proximity to the airport. Took a quick tram and we were there. - Kids loved the jacuzzi/hot tub - Manager was extremely helpful and receptive - Quick tram to town (15 mins)
