Brilliant staff!

Pros: Location perfect! Staff went out of their way to let me watch a football match at bar - I was the only one wanting to watch it! Many thanks.

Pros: Great location, comfortable room, breakfast had lots of options.

Cons: The restaurant substituted a significantly more expensive bottle of wine without letting us know. We noticed this upon payment, and we were told that 'they ran out of what we ordered'. We did mention this upon checking out and the staff member comped our breakfast, which was very much appreciated.

Pros: Staff member who checked us in and out was friendly and extremely helpful 🙂

A comfortable modern and stylish hotel most convenient for the airport.

Pros: Clean. Modern. Convenient. Nice big bed with comfortable duvet and pillows. Good heating.

First class location for airport

Pros: Location and lovely new rooms and great sized bathroom

Cons: Food options were limited

Comfortable and clean, missing the little touched to make it excellent.

Pros: Location is always good whilst travelling. Checking in and out is always quick and easy. On site facilities are close by, clean and well appointed.

Cons: I would have wanted more tea/coffee selection and milk, I found that to be sparse. There was one chair in an alcove, but no chair in the main room which I would have thought should have been there to compliment the table that stands alone in the corner for no reason.

Very comfortable and relaxed overnight stay...rooftop bar looks well worth a visit.

Pros: We had an overnight stay so as to be readily available for our flight the next morning. Everything was to high standard, although breakfast could be improved. And directions from the airport could certainly be improved.

Cons: As mentioned - a slight improvement to breakfast, in terms of coffee and hot range of food. And directions from the airport...the best route needs major improvement in signage.

Great time

Pros: Great location nearby airport ,bus and train station,just 2 min walk

Pros: Beautiful hotel located by the airport, train station and tram stops. Made it very easy to travel around. The roof top pool and bar are lovely and the staff are really friendly and lovely. Breakfast was good value with lots of variety. Will definitely stay again when we next visit nice

Spectacular and HUGE hotel!

Pros: It was spectacular from the moment we came out of the airport, my partner and I looked at each other and said “we have to book here!” Great pool, friendly staff!
