Pros: The welcome from Sophie was what hospitality is all about ….5 star welcome …5 star hospitality…5 star cleanliness and 5 star attention to detail and above all a beautifully kept and secure accommodation…I don’t think the pictures of rooms do this stay its justice … it has class, elegance and privacy .. we are already planning out return

Pros: A Hidden Gem in Nice – Peaceful, Charming & Well-Located I had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel in Nice. Just a 1-minute walk to the tram stop and only a 5–10 minute ride into the Old Town, it’s incredibly convenient yet feels like a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The room was tranquil and full of character, with beautiful French doors opening onto a pretty balcony overlooking a classic chessboard-style road crossing — a lovely spot.. The owner was absolutely lovely — warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. It’s the kind of place that feels genuinely cared for. If I’m being very picky, there was no bottled water provided and just two sachets of body wash, and the towels were a little on the small side. But those are minor details in what was overall a fantastic experience. Great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. I’d definitely stay here again!

BY FAR the best & most helpful host I have ever had :) Perfect location, close to Nice downtown.

Pros: Great French breakfast with croissant, jam, juice, coffee etc. Perfect way to kick-off the day! Close to the train station, easy to discover the full range of the French Riviera (Monaco, Menton, Eze etc)

Pros: Excellent location, near the city center. The whole object is beautiful, cozy and clean. 100% recommend! The owner is super nice, sweet and helpful, she offers tips on what to do & see in Nice 😊 Good and cheap breakfast is also available! If you're lucky you can meet a cute cat in the garden 😁

Pros: Our stay at Villa Saint Hubert was great in every aspect. I loved the building, which we found out was built around 1900. The little garden in the front was great for breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean. Also, many thanks to our host Sophie, who was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

Wonderful stay.

Pros: The location is ideal. It is in the walking distance from the center and from the University of Cote d'Azure, where I attended an event. I admire the warmth and the attentiveness of the owner. This is my 7th or 8th stay at this place and obviously is not the last one.

Cons: I should be perfect if there are slippers in each room.

A fine, clean and pleasant hotel close to key amenities and overseen by a delightful lady.

Pros: Sophie, the hotel owner, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. So positive ,warm and knowledgeable in dealing with our requests. The location close to the tram system was an added benefit to our choice and made access to other areas of the city so easy.

Cons: Room was a little small but not a real concern.
