Villa Rosa is a gem of a hotel! It’s a beautiful building set in a lovely garden. Perfect!

Pros: Villa Rosa is a perfect small hotel, where the hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything is done to a very high standard, and it’s a place I will recommend to others , and stay at again myself. This was my third visit, and I certainly hope to return. It’s ideally situated with easy access to local transport. The trams are great, and get you to the airport within an hour.

Cons: Nothing could have been better!

Pros: Good access into Nice town via the tram. Very helpful staff. Good communication. Room was spacious.

Beautiful hotel, great location in Nice with parking.

Pros: Lovely hotel in Nice, very warm and friendly welcome. Great parking, and storage of our bikes. Hotel was spotlessly clean . We walked to the Promenade des Anglias in about 30 minutes, excellent location.

Cons: Nothing - everything was good.

It was a beautiful, unforgettable stay.

Pros: Wonderful staff – it was a pleasure to talk to them on various occasions. Very helpful. Delicious, excellent breakfasts served in the garden. The garden – small but charming – is perfect for an evening sit-down with a glass of wine.

Pros: Location is amazing, nearest tram stop just up the road, 10 minutes into Nice. Hotel is lovely, breakfast excellent. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A little paradise in Nice

Pros: Everything was perfect!! Beautiful neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes and restaurants, easy access to town, lovely attentive staff that gave a really personal feel, beautiful private garden (no one can access the garden or property unless they have the code to the gate, nice and private) beautiful room and decor, extremely clean, comfortable beds. I will 100% be back

Beautiful hotel, would highly recommend.

Pros: Beautiful old belle epoque house with wonderful lush relaxing garden. Good location, 5 minute walk to tram stop for the centre. Lovely and helpful owners. We were spoiled with a delicious breakfast served to us in the beautiful garden.

Cons: Some noise from the road - mainly during rush hour, but that is part of what to expect in the town centre. The room we booked was a bit small for 2 people but otherwise lovely.
