Perfect

Pros: Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed aswell as air con and a washing machine. Near to all of the action but far enough away to not have to be bothered by noise.

Perfect place for a French beach holiday!

Pros: We had such a good stay here - it’s perfect location for a relaxing stay (1 minute to the beach), and beach towels, beach mats and parasol were all provided which was a great additional surprise.

Great location , nice place close to everything.

Pros: Close to the beach , restaurants and walking paths. Washing machine worked well and drying rack had everything dry overnight. Walking distance to station and supermarket.

Cons: All good.

Fabulous Stay

Perfect!

Pros: Access to the entrance to the property was by a key code which was provided by the host beforehand, and the keys to the actual property itself were left for us in a safe place.

Cons: We couldn't fault anything, so don't think that any improvements can be made. The place is perfect for us and we have stayed there twice now.

Pros: The area was nice with very good access to the surrounding towns and cities. The apartment was very nicely decorated and felt very homely.

Cons: The only issues we found was that the couch had a slight smell to it and the apartment was advertised to have a washing machine but it did not.

Perfect French Riviera Getaway

Pros: The house was exceptionally clean. The host facilitated our early arrival. The house had bikes, sun parasol, smart TV, good wifi and lovely outdoor seating area. Katia had emailed us an information booklet about the house and local area which was really handy. The house was within walking distance of a train station where we were able to visit Monte Carlo, Antibes, Nice and Cannes. The surrounding area was lovely and quiet. I’d highly recommend this place!!

Pros: Comfortable two person bed. Being able to sit and work outside, even when it is raining. The location close to the boulevard and the sea. Easy to get to Nice by bus or train. Free use of bikes, so you can get to Antibes easily. The very useful and thorough information provided by the host.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy at night, noise coming from the appartment on the first floor. Other than that no complaints :)

Just a few days to relax get & our bearings before two months of school in Nice.

Pros: This stay was very quiet and we enjoyed it. The apartment is clean and close to the beach. The washer is a nice amenity. Buses are close and take you surprisingly all around the south of France. I wish we could have stayed longer and if we return, maybe then.
