Pros: 1. The comunication with the host. You can communicate with her via Whatsapp and her responses are prompt. Also she's considerate towards her clients. 2. Well furnished, clean apartment. 3. Personalization of the apartment, with a nice oceanic theme.
Cons: 1. The air conditioner wasn't exactly what we expected, but maybe it is not allowed in Nice to mount AC's condenser units outside on the walls, since I bearly saw a few, and only where there are balconies. 2. Noisy neighbour in the courtyard, but that's outside the apartment's owner control. 3. Extra towels for face and hands would be welcomed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Big lounge, large bedroom, and excellent hot showers!
Pros: The landlord to meet us at the front door, and he kindly opened for us, and showed us around. The owner very generously left us a complimentary bottle of Rose, which we enjoyed. There was also cold filtered water in the fridge, and tea, coffee, sugar - great for the mornings. The aircon unit in the bedroom was a wonderful relief on very hot nights and the big shower had lots of hot water. We were pleased to have a separate loo, with excellent flushing.
Cons: A youngster in the courtyard outside the window played very loud music - but that's not the owner's fault! The flat was a bit of a distance to get to the Old Town - but we figured out the trams eventually and the stop was actually very close by.

Good value for money with amazing facilities, host Tiffany is very helpful and attentive to details :)
Pros: The facilities are comprehensive like a hotel room :) Even with a coffee machine! And let us store our luggage until 8pm :)
Cons: No air con in the bedroom.

Great apartment in Nice
Pros: Very nice first floor apartment (access by elevator or short curving staircase). Lots of room, clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lots of nice personal touches. The hostess is a great communicator and is wonderful to deal with. Location is a short walk from the Saturday open air markets and about 30 minute walk to the beach.

Уютная полноценная квартира в центре Ниццы.
Pros: Расположение. Все рядом! Остановки троллейбуса, супермаркеты, местный рынок продуктов, галерея Лафает, парк на воде, колесо, Рождественская ярмарка, аренда велосипедов-15 мин пешком и д.р. Квартира замечательная и полностью укомплектована. Быстро сохло белье у батареи в спальне ( декабрь).
Cons: Для меня матрас был мягковат. Хорошая слышимость в доме. Слышно, как утром соседи спускаются с верхних этажей( лифт есть). Я бы сделала ручку на фасад шкафа для встроенного холодильника. Если не предержать вовремя-хлопает сильно. Но это так, мелочи. Обязательно бы сняла это жилье снова! Спасибо, Стефания 💕

Ein gutes Appartement für eine Woche Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Liberation.
Pros: Das Appartement ist großzügig vom Raum, es ist charmant mit maritimer Dekoration eingetreten. Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vom Vermieter, wie zB Kaffeekapseln, Tee und Sweets.
Cons: Im Treppenhaus hat es sehr nach Rauch gerochen, aber in Frankreich wird eben noch viel geraucht. Die Wohnungstür war dicht. In der Wohnung war alles geruchsneutral und sauber.

Pros: Immeuble calme et central. Appartement très bien équipé et bien décoré. Gentillesse et réactivité de la propriétaire.
Cons: Manque de draps pour le canapé lit. Douche et évier de salle de bain qui se bouchent très vite.

Heerlijk appartement, waar je je gelijk thuis voelt!
Pros: Heerlijk appartement, waar je je gelijk thuis voelt. Met zorg ingericht. aan alles is gedacht om het je naar de zin te maken. Ruime badkamer met massagedouche. Het is in een gebouw van begin 20e eeuw met een lift uit die tijd. Bakkerij om de hoek en ook een supermarkt. Op 15 minuten lopen van het station en 20 minuten lopen naar de boulevard. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar als ik weer in Nice ben...
Cons: Enigszins gehorig.
