Chambre privée confortable à louer chez l habitant proche plage et centre ville de Nice

A perfect stay at the seaside in mid-November :)

Pros: I liked the location near the mountain for a city located by the sea, with a view right to the mountain. The cleanliness and facilities of the location were also strong points! We had all the comfort we expected and it was an extremely pleasant stay!

Cons: I have nothing to say, everything was impeccable! I hope to return here in the near future to visit other places in the surrounding area...

Pros: The person who owned the apartment was friendly and welcoming I felt comfortable and was able to use the facilities - shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Cons: The advert mentioned that it was shared facilities but I was expecting this to be with other travellers however it was the person's own flat. I contacted the day before to ask if I could drop some heavy bags 3 hours before 'check-in' but no answer. I arrived promptly for 5pm (a late time for check in!) to the apartment block but it was not at all obvious which bell to ring as they all appeared to have private names and there is no name on booking.com I was somewhat panicked for 10mins before someone turned up and asked if I was Amy. Only a short length of time however after 3 hours of carrying luggage around as a solo traveller and with it getting later on in the day, it could be avoided by a more responsive host and a person's name on booking.com!

Pros: The place was very clean and tidy and well equipped The fabulous host's made the stay memorable and fun

Pros: Comfortable place to stay. Owners of the apartment that you stay with are very nice but you sort of feel like your stepping on toes

Cons: Quite far away from nice centre but reasonable easy to get to by public transport.

Pros: Very well equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony, spacious bed, interesting lights and the bathroom (with jacuzzi), as the highlight of the apartment, beautifully made - 10/10.

Cons: Might get a little chilly in the room in winter time and the room is intensly humidified. However, for shorter stays, this shouldn't be an issue.

Pros: L'accueil du couple, super, prévenant, très agréable. L'emplacement, leur savoir vivre.

Pros: Preis Leistung Verhältnis war gut. Der Inhaber war sehr nett und freundlich und hat alles in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit Bus (fährt jede 10 Minuten) kann man in 5-10 Minuten das Zentrum erreichen.

Pros: オーナーはフレンドリーで部屋までの出入りの方法など詳しく説明してくれました。 向かいにはスーパーもあり最寄りバス停まで徒歩数分、そちらから6番のバス、L２のトラムを乗り継げば簡単にニース中心部あるいは空港にアクセスできます。

Cons: 給湯のお湯の量に限界がありバスタブはあっても１/１０ほどしかお湯を溜められません。 温度の調節も微妙にむつかしい。
