Lovely, accessible, calm, sea view, warm host

Pros: The quiet. The view of the sea from my room. The very warm hostess. The space, balcony sit-out, restaurants, shops, tram and train station not too far away. Room comfortable and quite spacious with the attached balcony and sea view. Very calming. Secure neighborhood. Short walk to the sea too

Cons: Bathroom is opposite the room, not ensuite. It's a shared apartment actually, with your room, bathroom, part of the balcony to yourself, kitchen shared with host, if you need that. No TV, though I didn't mind

Parfait / Perfect stay in Nice!

Pros: This was a really perfect apartment and stay with Cecile. The location is amazing on a hill in the top floor of the apartment with fantastic large terrace and still central and a short walk to the beach and centre of Nice behind the promenade. It was so convenient and at the same time it felt like it had a lot of space. The hostess Cecile is warm, kind, generous and caring - it felt like we were perfect room mates even though we didn't see each other often she did everything she could to look after me and make sure I was comfortable. The room bed is comfortable, air conditioning effective and I was happy to have my beautiful view and large terrace with strawberries growing outside the door. Very Cute! It was also very handy to have a nice kitchen to cook in and use to save costs for eating out and just to be considerate when using the stuff - it was so helpful. I'm looking forward to coming back to stay here again.

Spectacular view

Pros: The view ftom the windows and the balcony is spectacular. Cécile is a kind and friendly host.

Cons: The bed was a bit too firm for my taste.

Amazing view and charming hostess of the apartment

Pros: Breathtaking view! 🤩 The bedroom has an exit to the huge terrasse with a view to the whole city. The apartment only 13 min walk to the sea and 20 min walk to the train station , but you can also take a bus to the center of the city. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. But for me it was not only a convenience of the walkable location to everything you might need, but the owner of the apartment - Cecile , who is extremely kind and charming! My husband and I fell in love with her because she made us feel at home. She let us use the kitchen if we wanted to cook something and then to have a breakfast at that terrace was incredible 😍 She is fluent in French and English as well so communication was easy, and her tips about travelling around Nice are very helpful. Will come back again and highly recommend to stay here , you’ll love it.
