#11 Alex suite terrace parking AC 2 BDR 5mins to sea

Lovely apartment in a great location, we really enjoyed it.

Pros: Lovely spacious, clean, comfortable apartment in a great location. Well stocked kitchen area, good storage, toiletries and A/C. Large balcony.

Cons: Quite often the door into the car parking is locked so have to go down the ramp. Car parking space very small and tricky driving up the ramp.

Pros: Very nice and beautiful appartments, with perfect location and parking space.

Cons: Its not about appartments but about managing company. We checked in easily, everything was fine but managing company is lack of communication. I waited too long for the responses and finally got messages that looks like non-related automatic replies. Also when I tried to call to ask about some details, no one answered the phone or even hanged up. Then I asked for wi-fi password 3 times and received non related responses (like automatic answers), only on 3d time I got correct answer with wi fi password. Still it doesnt affect an impression about our stay and I will choose this place in the next visit

Perfect stay in Cap Ferrat

Pros: Great location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from restaurants and Paloma beach. Modern and spacious apartment with a large balcony/terrace, perfect for our stay.

Pros: Отличные большие апартаменты, супер расположение, все что необходимо есть на месте.

Cons: Вытяжка не выведена на улицу, невозможно жарить ничего. Был бы на улице небольшой гриль, решило бы проблему

Sehr schöne Wohnung an tolle Lage um die riviera zu geniessen

Pros: Modern eingerichtet, helle Räume, die Betten waren sehr bequem, sehr ruhige Lage an super zentrale Lage

Cons: Die Einrichtung der Terrasse war leider sehr unbequem und lud nicht zum entspannen ein

Pros: Fantastisk beliggenhet! Mange hyggelige restauranter! Mer folkelig enn jeg hadde forestilt meg.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello ed elegante, con tutti i comfort. Senza avere una ampia metratura gli spazi sono ben organizzati e rispettano la privacy.

Cons: Direi niente

Pros: Calme. bonne literie, confort, propreté, voisinage...

Cons: Il serait bien que la hauteur du parking soit indiquée, ce qui n'est pas le cas, sauf erreur de notre part. Notre voiture ne passait pas (max. 1.80m). La poignée de porte de la salle de bain nous est restée dans la main.

Séjour parfait à St jean cap ferrat !

Pros: L’appartement est très agréable, au calme et à 5 mn à pied du port et des restaurants. Il était très propre, et la communication avec l’agence qui gère la location est impeccable. Je recommande à 100%.

Cons: Attention, la place de parking au niveau-2 n’est vraiment pas facile d’accès. Nous avons préféré garer notre voiture dans la rue (stationnement gratuit jusqu'en avril)
