Pros: We were given very clear instructions on where to find the keys in the lockbox and the code. The communication with the host was very good

Cons: I had a large rental car .. and could not park it in the allocated spot

Pros: It is a cute small flat in a quiet area just e few steps from the central street, enough to accommodate 2-3 people. It is next to a small school It was nice they welcomed us with a bottle of rose🌞 Well equipped kitchen . There was a washing machine as well. There is a parking lot in the basement, but it is for small cars only, happily the kind we were with.

Cons: There is a ventilation inside that cannot be turned off and produces noise non-stop. This is a bit disturbing. Some of the electrical sockets were not working. There was a strong smell of sweage throughout the apartment maybe because it’s on the ground floor.

Excellent location, very friendly hosts, everything even slightly better than you see from pictures.

Pros: Superb location, quiet street, nice back-yard. Hosts have provided the apartment with necessary items and even more - wine was waiting for us to enjoy upon the arrival. Everything about the apartment was about as good as you could dream about. Alleyway leading from the back of the house closer to the beach/port was beautiful.

Cons: Parking under the house is for a standard small car. I was using SUV (Nissan XTrail) and ended up parking on the street anyway. Thankfully it was off-season and street places available.

Pros: Good location for staying in Cap Ferrat. near the beach and near form the bar and restaurants. very kind message for the self-check-in.

Cons: there is the garage but it's better not to try. It can cause a big disaster as I did. but the public parking place is near the apartment. so it was ok.

Pros: ça nous a plu beaucoup. seule chose c'est que le matelas de la petite chambre n'était pas en bonne condition, ma fille a mal dormi. aussi, il n'y a pas de tv. pour des futures réservations, on peut vous appeler directement? merci

Pros: Jolie appartement, assez spacieux. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les instructions pour les clés sont très faciles et pratiques. On a passé un très bon séjour.

Cons: Le matelas dans la deuxième chambre n’étais pas confortable.
