Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffine apartments

Pros: Small,but light and airy apartmentsmall in a pleasant block, ideally situated close to centre of the beautiful and lively st Jean Cap Ferat.. Having a place to park was the icing on the cake, as we could park up for our 3 day stay and walk everywhere. Loved the outside space, and although kitchenette very tiny, it was very well equipped with everything one could think of or need. Wasn't sure what to expect, after one or two negative reviews but we were very happy there and the place was reasonably clean and decor in a good state . Easy to walk to Beaulieu sur Mer, and the Jardines de Rotheschild which is well worth a visit. (some hills involved)

Cons: No viable wifi, the owner did provide us with some log in details but it kept falling in and out every few seconds so we weren't able to use whilst there, BUT TO BE FAIR it does state in the info that there is no wifi. Not a problem for us but the bedroom is very small, with one side of bed right against the patio doors.

Better than expected

Pros: Very nice apartment, everything you need. Comfortable big balcony where you can eat or drink coffee or wine. Close to the center, restaurants, shop and beaches. Bakery where you can buy fresh bread, buns and cakes for breakfast is 2 minutes walk away

Cons: the apartment is next to the road, so it's a bit noisy. But if you close the windows and blinds, then it's quieter

Pros: Super nice host, very friendly, flexible and helpful with local tips and extra requests from our side. The place is cute and decorated with love and attention. All you need is there, very well-equiped. From a coffee machine with plenty of cups, to a dishwasher and washing machine with drying rack. Makes the stay very comfortable. Lovely balcony with morning sun to have some breakfast. The location is great, near the port and the boulangerie. Beaches on walking distance. The island is absolutely gorgeous.

Cons: Cleanliness could get some extra attention. Near the road so sleeping with the windows open might be a bit noisy.

Pros: The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Cap Ferrat, just minutes from the main marina, local beaches, and the bus station with connections to Nice. It offers a fantastic setting for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay, while still being conveniently close to Nice and other destinations along the coast.

Pros: Amazing stay. Everything in the apartment was as decribed. It is decorated and furnished with style, the beautiful terrace as well as the pool are a great plus. The host is very kind and helpful which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment is located in an excellent area, the center is just a minute walk and 10 mins walking distance from the top beaches. Near by a great bakery for fresh french pastries and great coffee. The check in and check out was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this apartment for both short and long term stays.

Pros: Good location, easy walking distance to the port & beaches. Well cared for and secure property. We stayed for 4 nights and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

Cons: Nothing that bothered us.

Pros: Victor is the best host - very kind and helpful! The apartment is lovely, such as the neighborhood. Beautiful and quiet tarace where u can eat and spend free time. Excellent choice for a couple - we will definitely come back here someday :)

A Magical Weekend

Pros: Convenient for the “town” which is about a 3 min walk. It’s an apartment in a complex where we hardly saw another soul. The location is affluent and felt safe. The apartment has a nice little balcony, and the shower was a good size. Don’t expect AC, as you will get a fan, but I don’t have AC at home so it’s not an issue. There is a decent pool too. The owner provided plenty of updates and was always available via text, he’s clearly friendly and helpful.

Cons: The road outside isn’t what you could ever describe as a main road, but it is the only road down to the front and it’s fairly busy. There is an iron, but there isn’t an ironing board so the ironing facilities are…an iron.

Pros: Great stay. Very nice owner. He cared for us like his own family. Staying in such a place is pure pleasure.
