Excellent.

Pros: The owners were extremely helpful with everything to do with our stay. The apartment was superb and the amenities were all there. Location was excellent. We would certainly return.

Great location and size on the appartment, convinient parking location - 5 minutes away.

Pros: Great check-in experience, responsive host, great location and apartment size, private parking 5 minutes away, easy check-out. Quite at night, 2 air-conditioners in family and bedrooms.

Cons: 1. Dirty floors on the arrival(!) - I had to wash them twice to get rid of the grey dust. 2. Black mold in the bedroom's drawer. Signs of water damage on he bedroom's walls and in the toilet 2. Clogged shower drain - had to take breaks during shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. I cleaned that too:)) 3. Not working kettle was replaced at my request with a half size one (!) fitting a glass and a half only, definitely not enough for two people.

Cap Ferrat is an amazing location and this apartment is perfect.

Pros: The apartment is clean, very modern and stylish. With the largest and most comfortable couch we’ve ever seen. We loved the location and being able to step out of the complex into all the vibrant bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful, we can’t wait to stay here again.

Pros: Fantastic apartment, a stone's throw from the beach, the port restaurants and a small supermarket. 1 minute from the village bus stop. It has everything you need, and SJCP is wonderful as always.

Cons: Everything was great, except the air conditioning remote batteries were dead when we arrived. We worked it out and replaced them, and I understand that it is hard to remember to replace them if a guest doesn't report it.

Excelente ubicación

Pros: La ubicación era excelente, todo tipo de servicios cerca y bonitos paseos.

Cons: El edificio era antiguo, el ascensor estrecho.

Pros: Страхотен апартамент, перфектна локация, много удобен, много ни хареса. Прекрасно място. Препоръчвам!

Pros: Большая , просторная , чистая квартира . Расположение отличное , в самом центре Сан- Жана. Очень приятная семья, если есть какие - то вопросы , все решается очень быстро. Спасибо большое , вернемся обязательно.

Cons: Минусов нет.

Pros: très beau appartement bien agencé. à côté du port pour les balades et des commerces. idéal pour faire des balades à pied et découvrir les alentours

Cons: à quatre adultes pour dormir une semaine le canapé lit du salon n’est pas très confortable.
