Pros: Location..close to beach, close to transport, quiet hidden apartment

Cons: Screen door to prevent insects coming in and allowing glass door to be left open

Pros: Good location, convenient for most things. Pleasant apartment with all basic needs .

Cons: Ant problem on arrival. Apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. No outlook . Not situated on Promenade des Anglais despite address.

Great location and ground level flat to experience the best of Nice.

Pros: The key pickup from the concierge was very easy and conveniently close to the property. They even made special arrangements to get them from a lockbox when our flight arrived after the office closed. The property was in a wonderful location. Felt like home away from home. Cannot wait to return.

Pros: Wunderschön gelegen und ausreichend Platz zum entspannen. Eine sehr gute Klimaanlage und sehr nah am Strand, der war atemberaubend. Gut gelegen sehr nahen dem Strand Bars und Clubs.

Cons: Zu kleiner Kasten zu wenig Platz für das Gewand. Ein Schlüssel ohne Chip wäre auch besser gewesen. Ab und zu hört man den Lift

Cons: Nu a fost curățenie de fond .Am primit un flacon de gel și unul de sampon pentru 6 zile..Prosoapele și lenjeria nu s-a schimbat niciodată în 6 zile.

Pros: Superzentral,direkt am Beach,schnell in der Stadt und Altstadt zu Fuß, vom Airport gut mit Bahn und ein Stück zu Fuß zu erreichen, Appartement relativ klein,aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Cons: Terrasse war nicht sauber,kaputte,ekelige Topfpflanzen und Zigarettenkippen in einer Ecke , Bett sehr harte Matratze

Cons: Если едете на машине, бронируйте парковку заранее, чтобы машина стояла в закрытом месте, нам ударили машину и парковка не несет никакой ответственности за это .

Pros: Excellent location near the beach! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I vacationed in August so I was happy that it had superb air conditioning, too. It had a well equipped kitchen—plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware. There are grocery stores very nearby, too. It was located conveniently to the pick up and drop off location for the entry keys. I had an early flight, so it was certainly a bonus to be able to pick up keys at 10 am. The walk to and from the airport tram was only 10 minutes. The train line and metro walk was about a 15 minutes.

Cons: There were no instructions that the access to get to the building was through an unidentified gate off the sidewalk. But, your phone gps will take you to the right spot. Also, the name on the door doesn’t match the name on the instruction paper given with the keys. The first name on the door is “HU” not “GUY”. After that, your all set for a great vacation!
