#26 Idealy located flat AC 2mins walk to Sea balcony

Excellent apartment. 100% recommended.

Pros: New modern clean quite apartment located centrally close to city centre and beach. Clearly an excellent choice.

Cons: Check in could have been easier and more conveniant. Still, manageable.

Nice is always nice.

Pros: Superb location: In front; - close to The Promenade. At the back; - right into the shopping area.

Pros: The location was excellent, very close to the beach and the old town. The flat was compact and perfect for our needs. The host was in touch with us to check we arrived etc. Very good customer service!

Excellent séjour à Nice

Pros: Belle décoration, équipements et propreté de l'appartement Emplacement idéalement situé, balcon agréable

Cons: Résidence assez calme sauf bruit (type perforateur) causé par des travaux dans l'immeuble

Très bon séjour de détente à deux pas de la plage de Nice !

Pros: L’endroit, le parking juste à côté pour 118€ la semaine, et bien évidemment : LA VUE SUR LA MER !!!

Cons: Eh, pas grande chose, si ce n’est que le canapé pas très confortable et les oreillers assez minces.

Logement tres bien équipé et très bien placé.

Pros: L emplacement, la propreté, le linge de toilette et les draps, les produits disponibles. Le balcon est tres appréciable , donnant sur une cours intérieure tres propre et bien arborée. Le parking public juste au pied de l immeuble est un vrai plus même s il reste un peu onéreux (24€ le journée).

Cons: Rien.

Pros: Lokalizacja była cudowna - 2 minuty od promenady i plaży, maks 10-15 min do starego miasta. W okolicy pełno sklepów, restauracji i klimatycznych barów, a jednocześnie w nocy było bardzo cicho. Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładnie urządzone, jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Balko z pięknym widokiem był cudowny na poranną kawkę :)

Cons: odbiór kluczy odbywa się pod innym adresem, ale instrukacja jest tak łatwa, że nie był to problem.

Loved the location and view!

Pros: Directly across the street from the beach and very short walk to tons of shops and restaurants. Cute and comfortable.

Cons: There was a smoke detector beeping the entire stay but it was either in a flat below or in the hallway.

Pros: Property was very clean, easy to get to, and right by the water! We had a great stay

Nagyon szép, igényes szállás. A személyzet pedig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Pros: Kiváló elhelyezkedés, nagyon közel a parthoz és rengeteg étteremhez.

Cons: Minden nagyszerű volt!
