Lovely well equipped, clean comfortable apt in a great location in thr Old Town of Nice .
Pros: Comfortable, good facilities, clean, quiet. Natalie very good as responding.
Cons: Nothing really. Better toiletries maybe. A safe would be good for passports etc. It didn’t bother us but steps to 3rd floor might be too much for some.

Nice modern property in an excellent location close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
Pros: The property is a third floor property in an excellent location. Good kitchen facilities and enough room to have 4 people comfortably if required.
Cons: It is a third floor property with no lift which wasn't a problem for us, but not suitable for people who can't go up multiple floors of stairs.

It's OK for some nights - but also you may find a modern building around for the same price.
Pros: It's in the old town - narrow streets, but it has a mood. It's close to the trams, stores, restaurants, viewpoints, the famous cemetery, the famous market and the sea. The flat is modern, stylish and clean. It is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, living room, two separated bedrooms, wifi, televisions, coffee machines. We didn't meet with the host, but in messages we got all the information we needed for the keys and to-dos.
Cons: The building is old: no elevator to the 3rd floor, the stairwell smells of smoke. The flat is renovated correctly, but still there's not much light, you see directly to your neighbor's kitchen, hear their music. There's a sewer smell in the bathroom, which has no real ventilation, and also cannot close its door properly.

Pleasant apartment well decorated, air-conditioning was wonderful and location was perfect.
Pros: Concierge met us at the apartment and went over all important information. Apartment was very comfortable, we like the spaciousness and the two bedrooms. Shower was great and lots of hot water.
Cons: More towels would have been nice and a few amenities like shampoo and lotions. Too many stairs to climb but we understand that is the way France operates. It's just hard when you are traveling with someone with who needs better accessibility. A comment in their description of the apartment may help .

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros: Wonderful apartment in the center of beautiful historic old town with lots of sightseeing highlights and nice restaurants and bars. Also the beach with trendy beach clubs is just 15-20 min walk away. Public transport/taxis just 2-3 min walk. The apartment is very nice and clean, it is also surprisingly spacious (for Nice it is a big bonus-point!), it has a living-room with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms so it can easily fit 4 people. It is equipped with airco so it’s very comfortable. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the necessary appliances for cooking. Definitely recommend!!!
Cons: * The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, for us it was not a problem but something to consider for elderly people or people who are not physically fit. * The light in the hallway has a timer-function and it automatically goes off so if you are not quick enough to reach the 3rd floor you can be in the dark. Tip: press the light button on each floor, it gives you extra time:-) These are not necessarily “negative” points but something to keep in mind when booking this apartment.
