Pros: Excellent facilities and spacious. Host was very responsive and supportive. Close to the light rail to get to the main city area.

Good Value with All the Essentials

Pros: First off—great value for money! The apartment is clean and cozy, with a comfortable mattress and a decent shower. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s well-equipped if needed. The washing machine is a nice bonus, though drying needs to be done indoors. There’s a Smart TV and an elevator in the building, which adds to the convenience. The location is between two tram stops, with local bakeries and grocery shops nearby. It’s also close to the airport and a shopping mall. Not too far from Nice either—we got off the tram after three stops and enjoyed a walk along the promenade. Secure parking is available for a fee, and we definitely recommend it—street parking can be a bit chaotic.

Cons: The apartment had a strong floor perfume when we arrived—almost too much. We ended up mopping the floor ourselves, which helped tone it down. The shampoo was empty; we could have contacted the host, but it wasn’t a big deal for us—just something to check before guests arrive. Adding some hand sanitiser in the toilet could also be a nice touch. The location is near a fast food area, but there are decent restaurants just three tram stops away.

Pros: Great location, easy to get into the city centre. Very clean and tidy. The host was very friendly and approachable. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: hôte très agréable au petit soin des personnes mais cependant discret appartement calme, dans un immeuble au 3° étage avec ascenseur ameublement soigné , beaucoup de goût suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine linge de maison fourni mais pas de torchon très bonne literie proximité de la gare Saint Augustin qui permet de se rendre dans toutes les villes de la côte, pas besoin d'utiliser une voiture, les transports en commun sont très fréquents et rapides pour les personnes véhiculées stationnement gratuit dans la rue commerces quasiment sur place

Sehr sauberes und schönes Apartment

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und herzlich, was sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre schuf. Das Apartment präsentierte sich in einem ansprechenden und schönen Ambiente, ausgestattet mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten und liebevollen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemütlich machten. Die Lage war zudem ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die lokale Kultur zu genießen.

Cons: Obwohl sich am Hauseingang etwas Schmutz ansammelte, war die Wohnung selbst äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Der Innenraum strahlte eine einladende Frische aus, und die Sorgfalt, mit der die Wohnung gereinigt wurde, machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es war offensichtlich, dass viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene gelegt wurde, was den Gesamteindruck erheblich verbesserte.

Pros: Accueil autonome très pratique. Propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant. Appartement qui correspond à la description, bien aménagé et équipé.

Cons: Le parking est en supplément et pas toujours dispo... j'avais lu trop vite. Mais il y a des places gratuites dans la rue. Petit problème de température de l'eau de douche, soit trop froid, soit trop chaud

Pros: L'emplacement au calme et à proximité des transports en commun, de la gare et de l'aéroport. Nous avons tout fait avec. Immeuble sécurisé. Quartier calme. Bel appartement où tout y est. Accueil super 😊

Cons: Les oreillers trop mous pour nous.
