Pros: We had 3-night stay at this apartment in Nice. Darius was extremely kind, always available, and made sure we were comfortably accommodated as a group of four. The location was perfect for our needs, just a short walk from the tram stop, which made getting around the city very easy. On top of that, the landlord recommended some great restaurants in the city center, which we really enjoyed

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient and very close to the beach as well. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and very well-equipped with everything someone might need for a short term or long term stay. The huge living room and the big terrace were definitely a plus. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the hosts, Darius and Nicoleta. They were very welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including beach towels. They were extremely helpful with tips about the area and they gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars. Overall, this apartment was perfect for our vacation and I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Darius is so nice and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious for family of 4 and well equipped. It looks way better than the photos listed. The area is very safe and quiet, great location near the beach and airport, air conditioning works very well, with a private underground parking space. We enjoyed our stay in the French Riveria thanks to this apartment!

Pros: Great place to stay and tastefully done up. Everything one needs is there. There is a sitting area with plants and hanging chair. Comfortable for a family of 4. Very friendly and helpful host. We got treated to some chocolate croissants:)

Cons: It is not the most charming area but it is easy to get around. The beach/restaurants/train station and groceries are 15 min walk. Its a 10 min tram ride to Nice Ville.

Pros: It was a really clean and delicate apartment. Very nice terrace. Very well equipped, a bottle of Prosecco on the kitchen table when we arrived. The host was polite and friendly. Short way to the tram. Air condition is perfect! We were just staying for one night, but we could definitely stay more.

Cons: The cleaning fee was not easy to find information about. It came as a surprise. You think you have paid the total amount, the cleaning fee which is quite expensive is hidden under information about the host. This might not be the host's fault, but Booking.com . Just notice.
