Pros: Location is excellent, regarding transport and view,but noise of aéroplanes kept us from opening the windows. cleanliness is poor, facilities were moderate, but couldn’t use the TV. No net connection. Linens and sheets were very bad and scarce, had to bring disposable sheets and covers and pillows. Kitchen utensils were old and of poor quality . Many ants were seen also.

Cons: Level of cleanliness, mosquitoes, ants are everywhere. Couldn’t use the terrace because of noise and mosquitoes

Pros: Very practical location. Near to the supermarket, near bus, near tram… and also an excellent view of the balcony on the airport for aviation enthusiasts!

Pros: L’appartement était vraiment très spacieux et on a été agréablement surpris par la vue mer très belle de jour comme de nuit. Très pratique avec tous les transports autour.

Pros: Nous avons bien profité du confort de l’appartement, il était bien équipé et très bien situé 👌🏻, l’hôte est super sympathique, elle nous a donné des très bonnes recommandations. Nous avons pu visiter Nice et les alentours, on s’est régalés! Nous avons hâte d’y retourner 😍

Pros: Спасибо большое хозяевам, отдых был прекрасный. Местоположение нас очень устроило. До пляжа не спеша идти 20 минут, по пути магазины, кафешки, бювет с минеральной водой. Шум самолётов особо не беспокоил. Вид из окон шикарный, что на море, что во дворе на город и горы. Просторные апартаменты. Все из необходимой посуды было. Бытовая техника тоже, не было только фена. Берите его с собой. В пешей доступности парк Феникс, было очень интересно. В город можно было добраться на трамвае. В аеропорт первый терминал пешком, второй терминал - трамваем . Все, что заявлено хозяевами отвечает действительности. Рекомендую. Если получится в следующем году будем останавливатся тут. Буду рекомендовать друзьям.

Cons: Немного не понятно получилось с ключами при заселении. У меня не было полной возможности общаться через эл.почту из-за роуминга. Поэтому мы немного перенервничал. Код к подъезду был указан неправильно. Но мы попали в апартаменты даже раньше запланировано го срока. Большое спасибо Фанни.
