Lovely place to stay in Nice! Handy and very close to the airport

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here, the host, Marie, was very welcoming and the apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything you need. Beds comfortable, nice shower, very good air conditioning and they kindly put up a cot for our baby. Thank you Marie and Valentin!

Wonderful and comfortable stay

Pros: The place is very comfortable, very clean and perfect for families. We had a wonderful stay and the host was super kind!

Cons: Everything perfect! I was a bit doubtful about the area since there were usually people hanging out at the front door. But they did not attempt to approach us or anything.

Family break in nice

Pros: It was clean , appartment had been recently modernised, had all amenities needed, location for transport was excellent . Ivan and his wife was very accommodating kept us informed throughout the stay. Answering all our questions promptly. Ideal size and space for families

Cons: It was a private apartment in a residential apartment block , Wasn't keen on the street it was located in lots of groups of men and teenage men hanging around, made you feel slightly uncomfortable to explore immediate area especially at night ,

Pros: The location is excellent. It's only 2 tram stops from the airport, one from parc Phoenix and 2 stops from the beach... public communication in Nice is excellent and the apartment is just 100m from the tram stop. The apartment is specious, clean and well equipped

Cons: The closest neighbourhood is messy

Pros: Great spacious apartment. Quite a way to Nice center , but with the tram stop outside you can be in the center in 10 minutes.

Cons: No aircon in one of the bedrooms, but I m sure it is sorted by now

Pros: Very big renovated apartment that can accommodate 2 families. Good location, near the public transport. Free parking around the building. Host has give us the needed information that we needed for traveling to Monaco. Recommend it!
