Extraordinaire grand studio au centre 6 minutes à pied de la plage et l'hôtel Negresco

Excellent

Pros: It was very clean. The kitchen was great. I could cook. The host was kind. They waited for me as I arrived late in the evening. And allowed to me to stay a bit longer as I had a late flight. I had all I needed there. Good internet. Big TV. It is beautiful. There is a Carrefour really close that is open until 22:00. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 3 minutes walk to the tram. 10 minutes walk to the train station. Nice park in the proximity. Great position. I loved it.

Cons: A bit noisy. Outside they were working on an apartment building near the location. The street noise was prevalent. And the general building noise as it is located at the building entrance. But this is not something to put on the host. Just saying for the ones who are looking for more silence. And the hot water is on a boiler. So, if you waste time in the shower, like I did, it will run out. And you have to wait for another hour or so to get hot water again.

Excellent stay in Nice

Pros: Everything was wonderful: the central location (within short walking distance of all the main points of interest), the cleanliness and amenities of the apartment and, last but not least, the kindness of the host.

Pros: Confortable, quality, good communication with public transport

Cons: À little far from city center. Much visibility from the street, not a lot of intimity.

Pros: It was very modern and clean. The host was very nice, our flight was delayed, but he still met us and took time to explain everything.

Pros: Very good location ( 10 min walking to train station Nice Ville and 10 min walking to Promenade des Anglais) very clean , comfortable, newly renovated and attentive host! Very good supermarket close-just around the corner! Also the studio has a separated entrance !

Pros: Everything was great! Apartment is really in good position. Inside you have almost everything you need. There is a free coffee capsule machine in the apartment. Neighborhood is really quiet; we stay 6 days and never hear a voice. Host is really great, ready to help. I totally recommend this apartment.

Cons: I believe the only thing that they should have, but they didn’t, is a shower gel. Also, we’d like a little bit more comfortable mattress.

Absolutely fantastic! We travelled the French Riviera by train and found so many beautiful places.

Pros: The location was very central, a 10 minute walk to the Promenade and train station. We found a fantastic boulangerie around the corner where we would get our morning coffee and pastry. The apartment is very clean and modern, you have everything you need.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Excelent location close to the promenade. The studio is amazing You also can cook if you want. Do not hasitate and book this studio when you find it available.

Cons: Nothing, I wish my stay in Nice was longer because the city is amazing 😁
