Hyper central studio 2 minutes walk from "Nice Etoile"

Pros: The location was excellent！just a 15minute walk to the beach, which saved us a lot on transportation costs! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay!

Cons: It was a bit hot without air conditioning.

Pros: Excellent location, quiet and well-equipped apartment with windows to the courtyard. Close to public transport, close to the city center on foot, many restaurants and cafes with breakfast nearby. If we go to Nice, we will come back here

Exceptionally clean, perfectly located and exactly as described and pictured.

Pros: Super clean and fantastic facilities for such a compact studio.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The apartment was clean, featuring modern furniture and equipped with everything we needed. Situated in a fantastic location, we were delighted with our stay. Additionally, the staff were prompt responses whenever we required assistance.

Cons: You have to be aware of the huge deposit, the sofa bed wasn't so good, and there are many rules to follow to avoid fines.

Very lovely studio

Pros: Very lovely studio! We walked everywhere and it we felt very safe! The room is enough for two people with closet space so we could store everything.

Cons: The kitchen utensils were not very clean. We cleaned wverything before using for the first time. The apartment has a cleaning service, but I think it's only for the apartment itself. I think i would be a good investment that they would check the kitchen utensils (plates, pots, glasses, forks, knifes, etc) and clean them as well before a new arrival.

Very nice stay with a perfect location in Nice

Pros: - The location is perfect, everything is close and nearby, whether by foot or the train station/bus stops. - The apartment was clean and has everything you might even not need, a washing machine, nespresso machine, a small sewing kit, large tv etc. It has a very nice and new kitchen and bathroom, very well equipped. Lots of space in the wardrobe with coat hangers

Cons: - Comfort - The pullout couch bed was not the best, as well as the sleeping pillows, they were thin. - Communication - we had a contact and a time set for the check-in, but we didn't know that the contact wasn't speaking English, also the person they sent to welcome us to the apartment didn't speak english, but we of course managed to communicate it out in the end.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Immoloc apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and fully-equipped. It's centrally located in Nice, therefore you can move around the city with ease. The owner was really helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommended! We will hopefully come back!

Pros: A estadia foi excelente, atendimento e gentileza dos atendentes. A localização ótima, e a limpeza do apartamento estava ótima.

Pros: L'emplacement idéal dans le centre. Proche de la gare et des transports en commun. Logement vaste.

Cons: Le sommier grince.
